Zasto¬ sowanie rusztu luskowego uniemozliwia przedosta¬ wanie sie przezen klinkieru do komór podruszto- wych w czasie ruchu obrotowego pieca. 3 — urzadzenie odprowadzajace klinkier, a fig. Wychlodzony klinkier cementowy przesuwa sie w wyniku obrotu pieca o odpowiednim spadku dostaje sie do otworów upustowych i opuszcza piec w momencie otwarcia sie klap w ich dolnym polozeniu. In known kilns, clinker is first calcined in high temperatures, and then, to enable further processing, it must be cooled. Most often planetary coolers are used for this purpose. The heat in the furnace is obtained by burning a dust-air mixture through a burner. The exposed clinker has a high temperature and passes through planetary coolers. it gives off heat which or it is transferred back to the furnace together with the air drawn in The heat generated in the furnace is also partially transferred to the mantle of the furnace and is discharged into the air. The intensity of heat dissipation from the mantle of the furnace has a positive effect on the life of the refractory lining. For this reason, even the heat must be drained off from the stove mantle by means of fans. However, large heat losses occur. There is another known method of cooling clinker, in which the heat from the clinker is taken by a stream of air blown from under the grates and discharged into the furnace. The disadvantage of this method is the need for frequent repairs requiring the furnace to be shut down. Therefore, this method is less frequently used than the cooling method in planetary coolers. The aim of the invention is to recover as much as possible heat unproductively returned to the atmosphere, both in the process roasting and cooling, and the construction of a more durable device for grate coolers. This goal was achieved by developing a device that absorbs heat directly from the suction tube, which was transferred to the furnace casing and the coolers and blown it through the husk cooler into the furnace, and by installing a chiller inside the kiln. For this purpose, a fixed husk grate was installed over a distance of several meters at the end of the rotary kiln, under which air was supplied through pipes placed on the inside of the kiln shell. These pipes run under the lining along the length of the sintering zone. In the device according to the invention, the air flowing through the pipes receives the heat from the lining and blows it through the cooler into the furnace. The use of the husk grate prevents the clinker from getting through it into the under-grate chambers during the rotary movement of the kiln. With such a circulation of air, the heat consumption by the kiln mantle significantly decreases, and thus the amount of heat previously unproductively given up to the atmosphere decreases. The use of the device according to the invention allows for high fuel savings, as well as maintaining the continuity of production and extending the life of the lining in the sintering zone. The application of the device according to the invention is not limited to the production of cement clinker, but can be used in all those processes where there is a need to work at high temperatures and rotary kilns. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the attached drawing, in which Figure 1 is a longitudinal section of the kiln, Figure 2 is a sectional view. the furnace, Fig. 3 shows the clinker discharge device, and Fig. 4 shows the device Air exhaust system to the rim of the pipes, laid on the inner side of the furnace mantle. On the inside of the mantle 1 of the furnace under lining 5, there are pipes 2 supplying air to chambers 3 under the husk grate 4. The air in the chamber 3 is regulated by valves 6 For the discharge of the product, e.g. cement clinker, a discharge device is provided in the form of flaps 7 embedded in the joints 9, the opening of which is limited by the guide 8. Air is introduced into the pipes 2 through the pressure manifold 10 by means of a blower 11. Forcing blower. Atmospheric air to the pressure manifold distributes it to the pipes around the circumference of the furnace. As it flows through the tubes, the air draws heat from their walls, the circumferential area of which is three times larger than that of the furnace mantle, which proportionally increases the heat consumption. The air on its way passes through the husk grate and the clinker located on it, receiving heat from it enters the kiln. The cooled cement clinker moves as a result of the rotation of the kiln, with an appropriate slope, it enters the bleed holes and leaves the kiln. the furnace at the moment the flaps open in their lower position. The device according to the invention is fully applicable to all existing rotary kilns of this type with planetary coolers, and may also be partially inserted into other rotary kilns in the sintering zone.
