Description

Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest hydrauliczna jednoosiowa pompa tlokowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do przetlaczania dwuskladnikowych srodków chemicznych, na przyklad klejów chemoutwardzalnych o znacznej rozpietosci proporcji podawanych komponentów.Do wtlaczania metoda iniekcji chemoutwardzalnych klejów, stosowanych miedzy innymi do scalania i uszczelniania skal i gruntów, wzmacniania fundamentów, sklejania budowli, wykorzystywane sa pompy. Pompa ma prosta, latwo rozbieralna konstrukcje o niewielkiej masie, zas mocowane rozlacznie cylindry skladnika drugiego o niewielkiej srednicy, umozliwiaja latwe dostosowanie urzadzenia do potrzeb nowych srodków chemicznych wymagajacych scisle okreslonych proporcji dozowania. Pompa posiada dwa duze cylindry 1 polaczone dlawnica 2. Do konców cylindrów 1 przykrecone sa male cylindry 2. Wewnatrz cylindrów 1,2 znajduje sie tloczy sko 4 z dwoma tlokami 5. Zamiana kierunku przeplywu skladnika zawiaduja podlaczone do krócców 6 trójdrozne bloki zaworowe ssaco-tloczace polaczone ze zbiornikiem skladnika pierwszego i z magistrala tloczna. Przy koncach duzych cylindrów 1 zamocowane sa krócce 1 do podawania hydraulicznego medium napedowego pompy. Wnetrza malych cylindrów 2 stanowia obszary robocze skladnika drugiego. Tym samym, obszary robocze skladnika pierwszego i drugiego wykonuja na przemian cykle ssania i tloczenia, powodujac w efekcie przeplyw w magistralach tlocznych obydwu skladników.1118 7 7 PLThe subject of the utility model is a hydraulic single-axis piston pump, intended especially for pumping two-component chemicals, for example chemically hardened adhesives with a large range of proportions of the components fed. buildings, pumps are used. The task of the pumps is to provide precisely defined proportions of the components, usually two components of the glue, and forcing them into a network of cemented objects. The designs of uniaxial metering pumps are characterized by a cylindrical body, usually consisting of interconnected pipe sections through which the piston rod passes. Appropriately matched pistons are mounted on the piston rod, separated by glands. The pistons are arranged in such a way that one piston moves in each pipe section. Each of the pipe sections is equipped with a pair of nozzles connected with an external suction and delivery system, while the extreme sections are covered from the outside, and at least one of the pump pistons is powered by an external hydraulic system. It is known from the application model application No. the cylinders are arranged in parallel along a common axis. Pistons operating in individual cylinders are mounted on a common piston rod, while the cylinder chambers, preferably the chambers of one middle cylinder, are supplied with a hydraulic medium from an external power source through a mechanically controlled distributor2 It is known from utility model application No. 105786 a dosing pump unit, which consists of two hydraulically driven piston pumps, placed in parallel in a common supporting structure and simultaneously supplied with hydraulic driving fluid through the distributor. The individual pumps consist of two cup cylinders in an inverted configuration with front suction and discharge nozzles, and at the connection of the pot cylinders there is a gland axially mounted, dividing the pump cylinder into two chambers, and at the ends of the piston rod, axially mounted in the cylinder and passing through the glands, two pistons associated with each cylinder chamber. The under-piston chambers of each pump are alternately supplied with liquid, while the extreme under-piston chambers are suction-forcing chambers for individual components of the mixture. The design of the known pumps does not make it possible to vary the proportions of the pumped components relatively easily. These pumps are designed for specific applications. The pump pattern consists of two large cylinders connected to each other by a gland, to the ends of which smaller cylinders are attached. In large cylinders, near the stuffing box, there are nozzles for feeding the first component, while at the ends of these cylinders there are nozzles for feeding the hydraulic pump driving medium. At the ends of the small cylinders, nozzles for feeding the second component are mounted. The pump has a simple, easily dismantled structure with low weight, while the detachable second component cylinders with a small diameter allow easy adaptation of the device to the needs of new chemicals requiring strictly defined dosing ratios. Another important advantage of the pump is the separation of both pumped components by the hydraulic driving medium, which prevents accidental mixing of these reacting components. The pattern is shown in the figure, which shows an axial section view of the pump. The pump has two large cylinders 1 connected gland 2. Small cylinders are screwed to the ends of cylinders 1. Inside cylinders 1,2 there is a piston 4 with two pistons 5. The areas between the pistons 5 and the stuffing box 2 are the working areas of the first component, therefore, on both sides of the stuffing box 2, stub pipes are made 6. The first component is pumped through these nozzles, and when the piston 5 is returned, it is forced to its destination. The change of the direction of the component flow is carried out by three-way suction-delivery valve blocks connected to the nozzles, connected with the first component tank and with the delivery main. At the ends of the large cylinders 1, there are nozzles 1 for feeding the hydraulic pump drive. The inside of the small cylinders 2 constitute the working areas of the second component. The cylinders 2 at the ends are equipped with connectors &, which, like the connectors fi, are connected via three-way suction-delivery valve blocks with the second component tank and discharge line. As a result of alternate feeding of the working hydraulic medium through the stubs 2, the piston rod is set in a reciprocating motion. Thus, the working areas of the first and second component alternate suction and delivery cycles, resulting in a flow in the delivery lines of both components.
