Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa przypodlogowa przeslaniajaca naroze pomiedzy sciana o podloga. Znanych jest wiele rozwiazan listew przypodlogowych majacych rózne profile i rózne uklady wzdluznych rowków sluzacych do osadzania listew w uchwytach mocowanych wkretami do sciany. Przykladowo znana jest listwa przypodlogowa przestawiona w polskim zgloszeniu pa- tentowym nr P- 329 665. Listwa taka ma profilowana czolowa powierzchnie, o zarysie zlozonym z luków i linii prostych oraz plaska tylna powierzchnie. Tylna powierzchnia ma uskok przechodzacy w rowek o sciankach zasadniczo równoleglych do plaskiej tyl- nej powierzchni. Rowek sluzy do osadzania listwy w uchwytach mocujacych. W polskim zgloszeniu wzoru uzytkowego nr W- 110 160 ujawniona jest listwa, która ma profilowana tylna powierzchnie z jednym rowkiem usytuowanym pod katem wzgle- dem tylnej powierzchni. Rowek sluzy do osadzania listwy w uchwytach mocujacych. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wyrobu wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wszystkie odmiany listwy maja czolowa powierzchnie plaska tylna powierzchnie lu- kowa i dolny wzdluzny rowek mocujacy usytuowany w stopce listwy. Many skirting board designs are known, with various profiles and various arrangements of longitudinal grooves used to mount the board in brackets fastened to the wall with screws. For example, the skirting board shown in Polish patent application no. P-329 665 has a profiled front surface, with an outline composed of arcs and straight lines, and a flat rear surface. The rear surface has a recess that transitions into a groove with walls substantially parallel to the flat rear surface. The groove serves to mount the board in the mounting brackets. Polish utility model application No. W-110160 discloses a strip with a profiled rear surface with a single groove positioned at an angle relative to the rear surface. The groove serves to mount the strip in mounting brackets. The new and unique character of the product based on the industrial design is evident in its shape and line layout. All strip varieties have a flat front surface, an arcuate rear surface, and a lower longitudinal mounting groove located in the strip's foot. Individual varieties have an upper longitudinal mounting groove positioned at a right or obtuse angle to the plane of the rear surface, and an additional upper longitudinal groove, a longitudinal undercut, or a longitudinal groove and a longitudinal undercut located above the upper longitudinal mounting groove. The outline of the front surface and the rear surface, in cross-section, is contained between two parallel planes or two intersecting planes. The essential features of the industrial design are that the strip has a flat front surface and an arc-shaped rear surface - concave towards the interior of the strip - has a lower longitudinal mounting groove located in the foot, an upper longitudinal mounting groove located at a right or obtuse angle to the rear surface plane, and may have an additional upper longitudinal groove, a longitudinal undercut, or a longitudinal groove and a longitudinal undercut located above the upper longitudinal mounting groove.
