Z drugiej strony do czolowej blachy przymocowany jest osiowo zewnetrzny, blaszany pierscien, zaopatrzony w wewnetrzny kolnierz z otworami sluzacymi do przykrecenia pokrywy umozliwiajacej zamocowanie palnika. 1 przedstawia rzut aksonometryczny sciany, fig. 2 widok od strony kontaktu z plomieniem, a fig. 3 przekrój A-A. Do krawedzi wewnetrznej plaskiej blachy 1, o ksztalcie pierscienia przymocowano mniejszy, blaszany pierscien 2, a przed mocujacymi otworami 8, przy jej zewnetrznej krawedzi, wiekszy, blaszany pierscien 3, z oporowym pierscieniem ^przymocowanym do jego powierzchni zewnetrznej. Przestrzen pomiedzy pierscieniami 2 i 3 wypelniono izolacyjnymi ksztaltkami 5, wykonanymi z wlókien ceramicznych odpornych na dzialanie wysokich temperatur, o gestosci do 300 kg/m. Otwory 8,-4- znajdujace sie przy zewnetrznej krawedzi blachy 1, sluza do zamocowania sciany czolowej do paleniska pieca lub innego urzadzenia grzewczego, natomiast otwory 9, znajdujace sie w blasze I, wokól pierscienia 2, sluza do zamocowania palnika gazowego lub gazowo-olejowego. Przed montazem sciany czolowej do paleniska, na powierzchnie wewnetrzna pierscienia 2 i powierzchnie zewnetrzna pierscienia 3 zaklada sie uszczelki wykonane z wlókien ceramicznych.Przedsiebiorstwo TtechniM Cieplnej . ¦ i i L "PIECOSERWJS" D YVR E k T O R RZECZNljf PATENTOWY Hlt*LL?|To" ^ ^ ' Na\ ul.Wroclawska 24 MgrinzMrbahStachurska 44 - 100 G L l w I C E v tel/fax 31-48-0610 72 O 1 ftcoft PLThe subject of the utility model is the front wall of the furnace attached to rotary kilns and dryers as well as fire-tube boilers. The front walls used so far consist of a flat ring-shaped front plate, sheet metal rings of different diameters, fixed in the axis of the front plate, on both sides of it, and a layer resistant to contact with flame and an insulating layer on the outside. A ring with a smaller diameter is attached to the inner edge of the front plate, creating a shape similar to the letter "H" \ Two rings with a larger diameter - outer, attached from the side in contact with the flame, are located one by one in the axis of the ring plate, in front of the holes on it periphery, used to attach the fascia to the flame tube ring. There is a support ring on the outer ring attached to the front plate. The space between the inner ring and the outer ring is filled with heat-resistant concrete, e.g. BOK 160 or BOS 150, which is isolated from the front plate with two layers of asbestos plates. The heat-resistant concrete is symmetrically held by handles, symmetrically arranged on the front surface of the sheet. On the other side, an axially outer sheet metal ring is attached to the front sheet metal, provided with an internal flange with holes for screwing the cover enabling the burner mounting. The space between the front plate and the cover is filled with an insulating material of the Sibral type 11. The construction of such a furnace front wall is labor-intensive, and the used heat-resistant and insulating materials do not guarantee the required thermal insulation. The front wall of the furnace according to the utility pattern for a flat sheet with the shape of a ring, Two metal rings are attached to its axis, on the side of the flame, with mounting holes symmetrically placed at its edges - the smaller one is attached to the inner edge of the sheet, and the larger one is equipped with an outer, supporting ring attached in front of the outer holes. The space between the sheet metal rings is filled with an insulating layer consisting of ceramic, fibrous, insulating and high-temperature-resistant shapes, fixed to the surface of the sheet using known methods. The production of such a front wall of the furnace is not complicated and time-consuming. The insulating layer, made of ceramic, fibrous shapes, allows for a significant reduction in the weight of the front wall, and, moreover, by tightly filling the space between the sheet metal rings, it does not cause heat losses, ensuring that the required thermal parameters of the devices are maintained. The front wall according to the utility pattern is shown in the figure, in which fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the wall, fig. 2 a view from the flame contact side, and fig. 3 a section AA. A smaller sheet metal ring 2 is attached to the inner edge of the flat sheet 1, in the shape of a ring, and in front of the fixing holes 8, at its outer edge, a larger sheet metal ring 3 with a supporting ring ^ attached to its outer surface. The space between the rings 2 and 3 is filled with insulating shapes 5, made of ceramic fibers resistant to high temperatures, with a density of up to 300 kg / m. These shapes are attached to the inner surface of the plate I by means of brackets 6 and rods 7. Holes 8, -4- located at the outer edge of the plate 1 are used to attach the end wall to the furnace or other heating device, while the openings 9, located in sheet I, around ring 2, is used to mount a gas or gas-oil burner. Before assembling the end face to the furnace, gaskets made of ceramic fibers are fitted to the inner surface of the ring 2 and the outer surface of the ring 3. ¦ i i L "PIECOSERWJS" D YVR E k T O REAL PATENT Hlt * LL? | To "^ ^ 'Na \ ul.Wroclawska 24 MgrinzMrbahStachurska 44 - 100 G L l w I C E v tel / fax 31-48-0610 72 O 1 ftcoft PL
