Kabina kapielowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kabina kapielowa przeznaczona do kapieli pod natryskiem. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac kabiny kapielowej, która przejawia sie w ksztalcie calej kabiny, jak i szczególach jej stalego wyposazenia, takich jak brodzik i uchwyt do przesuwanych drzwi. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig.l i fig.2 pokazuja dwie odmiany kabiny kapielowej okraglej; fig.3 - ksztalt uchwytu do drzwi dla kabin obu odmian; fig.4 i fig. 5 - widok perspektywiczny kazdej kabiny na tle zabudowy sciany; fig.6 i fig.7 - widok z góry brodzików, odpowiednio dla kazdej odmiany. Obie odmiany kabiny kapielowej okraglej charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ich oslony stanowiace szyby, w widoku z góry maja postac uformowana po luku kola, przy czym zarówno z góry jak i z dolu szyby te usytuowane sa w profilowych listwach uformowanych po luku kola, zas boczne, profilowe listwy zamykajace obrys szyb, biegna pionowo i sa polaczone z profilowymi listwami dolnymi i górnymi, natomiast kabina kapielowa osadzona jest na brodzikukapielowym, od przodu ma przesuwne, oszklone drzwi, wyposazone w uchwyt o ksztalcie zblizonym do teownika, którego trzon ma ozdobne pierscienie. Pierwsza odmiana kabiny kapielowej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej oslony, stanowiace szyby, maja postac, w widoku z góry, okolo 60% odcinka luku kola, natomiast brodzik, w widoku z góry, ma ksztalt pólokragly w czesci czolowej, a w czesci tylnej - ksztalt kata prostego, przy czym dno ma koliste wglebienie, z katowo uformowanym uskokiem od strony kata prostego. Druga odmiana kabiny kapielowej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej oslony, stanowiace szyby, maja postac, w widoku z góry, okolo 85% odcinka luku kola, natomiast brodzik, w widoku z góry, ma ksztalt pólokragly w czesci czolowej, a w czesci tylnej ma ksztalt plaski, w postaci linii prostej, stycznej do kola, przy czym dno ma koliste wglebienie z katowo uformowanym uskokiem od strony plaskiej. Obie odmiany kabiny kapielowej charakteryzuja sie tym, ze profilowe listwy boczne, górne i dolne oraz brodzik i uchwyt wykonane sa w jednym kolorze albo bialym albo manhattan albo pergamon albo bahama bezowym albo whisper pink albo whisper blue albo bermuda albo agais albo calypso albo czerwony cherry albo zólty albo jasmin matowy albo graphit albo natura albo jasny granat, natomiast szyby sa przezroczyste, satynowe lub grafitowe. PL PL PLBathing Cabin The design registration right has been in effect since 2000. The subject of the design is a bathing cabin designed for showering. The essence of the design is a new form of the bathing cabin, which manifests itself in the shape of the entire cabin as well as in the details of its permanent fixtures, such as the shower tray and the sliding door handle. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show two variations of the round bathing cabin; Fig. 3 - the shape of the door handle for both cabin variations; Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 - a perspective view of each cabin against the wall; Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 - a top view of the shower trays, respectively, for each variation. Both types of round bathing cabins are characterized by the fact that their covers, which are the glass panes, in a top view have a circular arc shape, where both from the top and from the bottom the glass panes are located in profiled strips formed in a circular arc, while the side profiled strips closing the outline of the glass panes run vertically and are connected to the lower and upper profiled strips, while the bathing cabin is mounted on a shower tray, and at the front it has a sliding, glazed door, equipped with a handle in a shape similar to a T-bar, the shaft of which has decorative rings. The first type of bathing cabin is characterized by its screens, which are glass panes, in plan view, forming approximately 60% of a circular arc, while the shower tray, in plan view, is semicircular at the front and right-angled at the rear, with the bottom having a circular recess with an angularly formed recess on the right-angled side. The second type of bathing cabin is characterized by its screens, which are glass panes, in plan view, forming approximately 85% of a circular arc, while the shower tray, in plan view, is semicircular at the front and flat at the rear, forming a straight line tangent to the circle, with the bottom having a circular recess with an angularly formed recess on the flat side. Both versions of the shower enclosure are characterized by the fact that the side, top, and bottom profiles, as well as the shower tray and handle, are made in a single color: either white, Manhattan, Pergamon, or Bahama Beige, Whisper Pink, Whisper Blue, Bermuda, Agais, Calypso, Cherry Red, Yellow, Matte Jasmine, Graphite, Natura, or Light Navy Blue, while the glass is transparent, satin, or graphite.
