Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, rysunku i ornamencie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nym rysunku, na którym przedstawiono rozlozony wykrój kartono- wy, który po zlozeniu stanowi bryle w postaci szescioboczne- go pudelka ozdobnego wykonanego z kartonu. Na scianie czolowej dodatkowo widnieje nad fasadami domów na stylizowanej wstedze zawinietej na koncach napis w jezyku an- gielskim o tresci: "Christmas Ornaments from KOMOZJA", a nad wstega unosi sie stylizowany aniolek z trabka przy ustach.Nazwa KOMOZJA jest znakiem towarowym slowno-graficznym, nr rejestru znaków towarowych 93238 - znak czarno-bialy i nr re- jestru znaków towarowych 98059 - znak barwny, zas unoszacy sie nad wstega stylizowany aniolek z trabka stanowi fragment znaku towarowego graficznego nr rejestru 117388 i wszystkie te znaki sa udzielone na rzecz zglaszajacego. Wykrój kartonowy pudelka ozdobnego po odgieciu kartonu wzd- luz wyznaczonych linii pozwala na zlozenie bryly w postaci szes- ciobocznego pudelka z ozdobionymi czterema bokami na których wi- dnieje ciag fasad domów i róznych budowli, nad którymi unosza sie lekko widoczne chmurki. Na spodniej sciance umieszczony jest napis w jezyku angielskim "Handcrafted in Poland by KOMOZJA" Pudelko ozdobne wedlug wzoru przeznaczone jest do pakowania zwlaszcza ozdób choinkowych. Pudelko ozdobne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma dekoracje i or- namentyke, która pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku. Dekoracje rysunkowa i ornamentyka jest wykonana w kolorze kontrastujacym z tlem pudelka jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysun- ku . The subject of the industrial design is a decorative box made of cardboard. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in particular in its shape, surface properties, design, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows an unfolded cardboard cutout, which, when folded, forms a solid in the form of a hexagonal decorative box made of cardboard. The decorative box, according to the design, has drawn decoration and ornamentation on the side walls. On the side walls is a drawing depicting a series of facades of houses and various buildings of varying forms, shapes, and sizes. On the front wall, above the facades of the houses, on a stylized ribbon wrapped at the ends, there is an inscription in English reading: "Christmas Ornaments from KOMOZJA", and above the ribbon there is a stylized angel with a trumpet at its mouth. The name KOMOZJA is a word-figurative trademark, trademark register no. 93238 - a black and white mark and trademark register no. 98059 - a color mark, while the stylized angel with a trumpet floating above the ribbon is a fragment of the figurative trademark register no. 117388, and all these marks are granted to the applicant. The cardboard cutout of the decorative box, after folding the box along the designated lines, allows for folding into a hexagonal box with four decorated sides depicting a series of house facades and various buildings, with faint clouds floating above them.
