Pulapka na gryzonie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 16 grudnia 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pulapka na gryzonie, szczególnie do tepienia mysz i szczurów, uniemozliwiajaca bezposredni kontakt z trutka ludziom a w szczególnosci dzieciom. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac pulapki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie i elementach wyposazenia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pulapke w widoku perspektywicznym wstanie zlozonym, fig.2- uwidacznia podstawe pulapki w przekroju A-A oraz na fotografii, fig.3 - ilustrujacej pulapke w stanie rozlozonym. Pulapka na gryzonie, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze pulapka na gryzonie sklada sie z podstawy 1_ i polaczonej z nia „na wcisk" pokrywy 2. Podstawa i ma postac naczynia z obwodowym wypustem 3 na obrzezu, w którego bocznych sciankach 4 sa wykonane przelotowe otwory 5, usytuowane na naprzeciw siebie, stanowiace trase dla szkodnika. Wewnatrz podstawa ]_ posiada przegródki 6 do umieszczania trutki. Przegródki 6 sa utworzone przez przetloczenia 7, wykonane w bocznych sciankach 4 i czolowej sciance 8 podstawy 1. Boczne scianki 4 od strony czolowej scianki 8 sa skierowane ukosnie ku górze. Pokrywa 2 pulapki jest na obrzezu wyposazona w montazowy kolnierz 9. Jej powierzchnia w czesci czolowej wyprofilowana lukowo a nastepnie usytuowana poziomo. Pozioma powierzchnia pokrywy 2 jest zaopatrzona w wypuklosc 10. Na wypuklosci 10 znajduja sie napisy i oznaczenia H o charakterze informacyjnym i instruktazowym. The industrial design is a rodent trap, specifically for exterminating mice and rats, that prevents direct contact with the poison by humans, especially children. The essence of the design is a new and original product form, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the trap is evident in its shape and accessories. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the trap in a perspective view in the folded state, Fig. 2 shows the base of the trap in cross-section A-A, and in the photograph, Fig. 3 illustrates the trap in its unfolded state. The rodent trap, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. The essential features of the industrial design include that the rodent trap consists of a base 1_ and a cover 2 connected to it by a push-fit. The base 1_ has the form of a vessel with a circumferential projection 3 on the edge, in the side walls 4 of which there are through holes 5, located opposite each other, constituting a route for the pest. Inside, the base 1_ has compartments 6 for placing the poison. The compartments 6 are formed by embossments 7, made in the side walls 4 and the front wall 8 of the base 1. The side walls 4 on the side of the front wall 8 are directed diagonally upwards. The cover 2 of the trap is equipped with a mounting flange 9 on the edge. Its surface in the front part is arc-shaped and then horizontally arranged. The horizontal surface of the cover 2 is provided with a protrusion 10. Protrusion 10 bears inscriptions and markings H for information and instruction. The rodent, attracted by the smell of food placed in the trap, which is actually poison, enters it through one opening and, after consuming the poison, leaves the trap through the other opening.
