Pulapka na gryzonie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 16 grudnia 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pulapka na gryzonie, szczególnie do tepienia mysz, umozliwiajaca zabezpieczenie ludzi, szczególnie dzieci przed bezposrednim kontaktem z trucizna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac pulapki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie i elementach wyposazenia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia pulapke w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie zamkniecia, fig.2 - ilustruje pulapke otwarta z widoczna czesciawewnetrzna oraz na fotografii, fig.3 - prezentujacej pulapke w stanie otwarcia. Pulapka na gryzonie, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze pulapka na gryzonie ma postac pudelka 1, zamykanego od góry za pomoca uchylnej pokrywy 2, w której posrodku jest zamontowany zamek 3. W bocznych sciankach 4 dolnej czesci 5 pulapki sa wykonane przelotowe otwory 6, rozmieszczone na naprzeciw siebie. W dolnej czesci 5 pulapki znajduje sie druga czesc zamka 3. Obok powierzchni pomiedzy przelotowymi otworami 6, stanowiacej trase dla gryzonia znajduje sie korytko 7 na trutke. Korytko jest oddzielone od pozostalej powierzchni dolnej czesci 5 przegroda 8 z wycieciem 9 posrodku. Dolna czesc 5 pulapki jest wyposazona u góry w obwodowy wystep 10. Pokrywa 2 od strony zewnetrznej ma na obrzezu obwodowy uskok 11. The industrial design is a rodent trap, specifically for exterminating mice, that protects people, especially children, from direct contact with the poison. The essence of the design is a new and original product form, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the trap is evident in its shape and fittings. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the trap in a perspective view when closed, Fig. 2 illustrates the trap open with the interior visible, and Fig. 3, a photograph showing the trap when open. The rodent trap, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. The essential features of the industrial design include that the rodent trap is in the form of a box 1, closed from the top by means of a hinged lid 2, with a lock 3 mounted in the center. The side walls 4 of the lower part 5 of the trap have through-holes 6, arranged opposite each other. The lower part 5 of the trap contains the second part of the lock 3. Next to the area between the through-holes 6, which constitutes the rodent's route, is a trough 7 for the bait. The trough is separated from the remaining surface of the lower part 5 by a partition 8 with a cutout 9 in the center. The lower part 5 of the trap is equipped with a circumferential protrusion 10 at the top. The cover 2 has a circumferential recess 11 on the outside. The rodent, attracted by the smell of food, which is actually poison, enters the trap through one opening and after consuming the poison, leaves it through the other opening.
