Pulapka na gryzonie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 16 grudnia 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pulapka na gryzonie, szczególnie do tepienia myszy, umozliwiajaca zabezpieczenie ludzi, szczególnie dzieci przed bezposrednim kontaktem z trucizna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac pulapki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie i elementach wyposazenia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacym pulapke w widoku perspektywicznym wstanie zamkniecia oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej pulapke w stanie rozlozonym. Pulapka na gryzonie, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze pulapka na gryzonie jest wykonana z jednego arkusza sztywnego materialu, poddanego obróbce polegajacej na wykonaniu rowków 1, wglebien 2, po bokach wypustu 3 i rantu 4 a od spodu przetloczenia 5, tak ze po zlozeniu pulapka ma forme prostopadlosciennego pudelka 6 z przelotowymi otworami 7 po bokach. Otwory 7 sa usytuowane na naprzeciw siebie. Wewnatrz pulapki, obok powierzchni pomiedzy przelotowymi otworami 7, stanowiacej trase dla gryzonia znajduje sie korytko 8 na trutke. Rant 4 od czola posiada wglebienia 9 umozliwiajace wspólprace rantu 4 z wydluzonym obrzezem 10 dolnej czesci. Rant 4 z wglebieniami 9 i obrzezem 10 tworzy zatrzask zamykajacy wnetrze pulapki z umieszczona w korytku 8 trutka. Na górnej powierzchni 11 pulapki znajduja sie napisy 12 o charakterze informacyjnym i instruktazowym. The industrial design registration right has been in effect since December 16, 2002. The industrial design is a rodent trap, specifically for exterminating mice, that protects people, especially children, from direct contact with the poison. The essence of the design is a new and original product form, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the trap is evident in its shape and fittings. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the trap in a perspective view in the closed position, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the trap in its unfolded state. The rodent trap, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. The essential features of the industrial design include that the rodent trap is made of a single sheet of rigid material, processed by forming grooves 1, recesses 2, on the sides of the tongue 3 and the edge 4, and embossing 5 on the bottom, so that when assembled, the trap takes the form of a cuboid box 6 with through-holes 7 on the sides. The holes 7 are located opposite each other. Inside the trap, next to the area between the through-holes 7, which constitutes a route for the rodent, there is a trough 8 for the bait. The edge 4 has recesses 9 at the front, enabling the edge 4 to cooperate with the elongated rim 10 of the lower part. The edge 4 with recesses 9 and rim 10 forms a latch that closes the interior of the trap with the poison placed in the trough 8. The upper surface 11 of the trap carries informational and instructive inscriptions 12. The rodent, attracted by the smell of the food placed inside the trap, which is actually poison, enters through one opening and, after consuming the poison, leaves the trap through the other opening.
