Sposób dotyczy wszystkich rodzajów sztucznego jedwabiu, wiskozy, materji z polyskiem i jedwabiu z nitrocellulozy.Przyklad 1.Otrzymanie barwika z dwuazowanej p-nitro-o-toluidyny i 2.3 oksynaftoeso- anilidu na wiskozie.Wiskoze zadaje sie najpierw goraca woda okolo 60% i nastepnie przesyca cieplym okolo 30% do 40% roztworem oksynaftoesoanilidu. W tym celu prze¬ ciaga sie wiskoze trzy do czterech razy w naczyniu do przesycania i odwiro-wuje. PL PLA number of patent documents describe dyes obtained by combining diazo-tetraazo and diazo-azo compounds, not containing sulphonic groups, with 2,3-oxynaphthoesarylides, as well as methods of using them to obtain durable dyes for cotton. It has now been found that with the help of the dyes mentioned, a very valuable, remarkably uniform coloration of artificial silk can be obtained if the artificial silk is impregnated with a 2,3-oxynaphthoesarylide solution and then treated with diazo-tetraazo or diazo-azo compounds, not containing sulphonic groups. Since with this method the material cannot be dyed at elevated temperatures, on the contrary, medium and even dark shades can be produced at moderate temperatures, and on the other hand, the material, saturated with 2,3-oxynaphthoate-arylide, can be treated with diazoazo compounds in the wet state, i.e. without prior drying, the artificial silk is subjected to outstanding protection, which achieves a great technical effect. The method applies to all types of artificial silk, viscose, shiny materials and silk made from nitrocellulose. Example 1. Obtaining a dye from diazotized p-nitro-o-toluidine and 2,3-oxynaphthoate-arylide on viscose. The viscose is first treated with about 60% hot water and then soaked with about 30% warm water. to 40% oxynaphthoate-anilide solution. To do this, the viscose is drawn three or four times in the saturation vessel and centrifuged. After it has cooled completely, it is immediately transferred in the wet state, i.e., without prior drying, to the dyeing bath, drawn several times, rinsed, soaped, and revived with acetic, formic, or tartaric acid. The solutions to be used are prepared as follows: 2.3 Oxynaphthoate-anilide solution for saturation: Medium to Dark shades, shades. 2.3 oxinaphthoamide 40 g 60 g Sodium lye 34° Be 68 cm» 100 cm3 Sodium ricinate or Turkey red oil ..... 75 g 100 g make up to 10 1 10 1 2.3 oxinaphthoamide is mixed with sodium lye and sodium ricinate or Turkey red oil, then poured over with boiling water, brought to a boil and made up to the appropriate volume. Diazo solution: 300 g of p-nitro-o-toluidine is prepared with 600 cm3 of hydrochloric acid 20° Be and dissolved in 2000 cm3 of boiling water. After cooling, 1500 g of ice is added and, with constant stirring, a thin stream of a solution of 156 g of sodium nitrite in 500 cm³ of water is added. The total is made up to 10 l with cold water. Dyeing bath. 2.5 l of the above diazo solution, filtered through calico, is mixed with 7.5 l of cold water, and shortly before dyeing, 250 cm³ of sodium acetate 1:1 is added. For correction, the following solution is prepared: 2.5 l of the diazo solution is mixed with 3.75 l of cold water, 250 cm³ of sodium acetate 1:1 is added, and the used bath is replaced with this. This produces a scarlet color with a very beautiful luster and excellent fastness. Glossy materials are obtained with the same bath concentration, dyes in deeper shades. The darkest dyes are obtained on silk tubules. Example 2. Obtaining a dye from diazotized m-aminoazotoluol and 2,3-oxynaphthoate-anilide on glossy materials. Glossy materials are impregnated with a solution of 2,3-oxynaphthoate-anilide using the method given in Example 1, and the dyeing is carried out using the same method in a dyeing bath having the following composition: Diazo solution: 450 g of m-aminoazotoluol is mixed with 600 cm³ of boiling water and 156 g of sodium nitrite dissolved in 400 cm³ of cold water is added. This dough is poured, stirring constantly, into the following mixture: 4000 g of ice, 2000 cm3 of water, 660 cm3 of hydrochloric acid 20° Be. The total is made up to 10 l of the dyeing bath. 2.5 l of the above diazo solution is mixed with 7.5 l of cold water and just before dyeing, 300 cm3 of sodium acetate 1:1 is added. To correct the colour, the following solution is prepared: 2.5 l of the diazo solution is mixed with 3.75 l of cold water and 300 cm3 of sodium acetate 1:1 is added. This produces a wonderful, strong Bordeaux shade. At the same concentration, slightly lighter shades are obtained on viscose, and darker shades on silk tubize. Example 3. Preparation of a dye from diazotized m-nitro-anisidine and 2.3-oxynaphthoes-m-nitranilide on silk tubize. Solution of 2.3-oxynaphthoes-m-nitranilide for supersaturation: Shades: Light. Medium. Dark. To this solution is added in a thin stream at 5° C a solution of 156 g of sodium nitrite in 500 g of water and the total is made up to 10 ml with cold water. Dyeing bath. Shades: Light. Medium. Dark. In this way, extremely vivid shades of pink (similar to rhodamine) up to dark red shades of Turkey red with a wonderfully pure appearance can be obtained. Example 4. Obtaining a dye from tetrazoated-o-dianisidine and 2.3-oxynaphthoate-anilide on viscose. The viscose is saturated with the following solution of 2.3-oxynaphthoate-anilide: Shades: Light. Medium Dark. After dyeing, wash well, soap twice, and if necessary revive. The colors obtained in this way give shades of light blue to dark navy blue, of outstanding strength and beauty. If appropriate, the process can be carried out with other 2.3 oxynaphthoates-arylides. The resulting colors are always remarkably uniform, with a beautiful shine. PL PL
