Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z nakretka przeznaczony do przechowywania srodków spozywczych, w szczególnosci sypkich. Znane sa pojemniki do przechowywania sypkich srodków spozywczych w postaci sloików wykonanych ze szkla w ksztalcie cylindra, zamykanych zakretka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowy i oryginalny ksztalt oraz ksztalt i ornament nakretki, jak równiez, barwa oraz rysunek umieszczony na pojemniku. W celu odtworzenia wzoru przemyslowego bedacego przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia nalezy przygotowac forme o ksztalcie uwidocznionym na iys. 1, a nastepnie wykonac wzór przemyslowy z tworzywa, po czym nalezy nalozyc folie o barwie i ornamencie, jak uwidoczniono na fotografii. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika stanowiacego cylinder, który w polowie swej wysokosci posiada charakterystyczne przewezenie, ulatwiajace uchwyt pojemnika. Pojemnik jest zakonczony od dolu dnem, a od góry posiada nakretke z oryginalnym otworem w ksztalcie elipsy, którego polowa z wizerunkiem filizanki na talerzyku jest uchylna. Ceche istotna wzoru stanowi ponadto kolorystyka pojemnika wykonanego w kolorze niebieskim, przy czym w górnej czesci jest umieszczony napis Cremona wykonany oryginalna czcionka w kolorze niebieskim z bialym podcieniem. W czesci srodkowej na wysokosci przewezenia jest umieszczony rysunek filizanki umieszczonej na talerzyku.Natomiast w czesci srodkowej jest umieszczony rysunek bialej filizanki umieszczonej na talerzyku w kolorze bialym, przy czym brzegi zarówno filizanki ja k i talerzyka sa obwiedzione zlotym ornamentem. Od dolu pojemnik 1 jest zakonczony dnem 3, a od góry posiada nakretke 4, z oryginalnym otworem 5 w ksztalcie elipsy, którego czesc 6 z wizerunkiem filizanki n a talerzyku jest uchylna, co pokazano na rys.2. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container with a screw cap intended for storing foodstuffs, particularly bulk foodstuffs. Known containers for storing bulk foodstuffs are cylindrical glass jars closed with a screw cap. The essence of the industrial design is its new and original shape, the shape and ornament of the cap, as well as the color and design on the container. To reproduce the industrial design subject of this application, a mold in the shape shown in Fig. 1 must be prepared, and then the industrial design must be made of plastic, after which a foil with the color and ornamentation shown in the photograph must be applied. A significant feature of the industrial design is the shape of the container, which is a cylinder, with a characteristic narrowing at half its height, facilitating the container's grip. The container is finished at the bottom with a base and has a cap with an original elliptical opening, the half of which, with the image of a cup on a saucer, is hinged. Another significant feature of the design is the color of the container, which is blue, with the word "Cremona" in the upper part in the original blue font with white underlining. In the middle section, at the height of the narrowing, is an image of a cup placed on a saucer. Meanwhile, in the middle section, there is an image of a white cup placed on a white saucer, with the edges of both the cup and the saucer bordered with gold ornamentation. As shown in Figure 1, the container according to the industrial design has the shape of a cylinder 1, which has a narrowing 2. At the bottom, the container 1 is finished with a bottom 3, and at the top it has a cap 4, with an original hole 5 in the shape of an ellipse, the part 6 of which with the image of a cup on a saucer is tiltable, as shown in Figure 2.
