Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolumna do dystrybucji piwa beczkowego, przeznaczona do montowania na blacie kontuarów, w które sa wyposazone piwiarnie, kawiarnie, puby i inne lokale gastronomiczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie, barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz elementach zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l- przedstawiajacym kolumne w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na fotografii, fig.2. Kolumna do dystrybucji piwa beczkowego, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z barwionego metalu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze kolumna posiada pionowa podpore 1 w ksztalcie rury o zarysie kolowym, osadzonej u dolu w postumencie 2. Postument 2 jest uksztaltowany w formie czaszy z obwodowym rantem 3 u dolu. U góry, na pionowej podporze 1 jest umieszczona platforma 4, która swym ksztaltem przypomina odwrócona czasze o scietych bokach 5. Na górnej powierzchni platformy 4 znajduje sie kaseton 6, utworzony z dwóch, usytuowanych jedna na druga powierzchni, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie wglebiona scianka 7. Wglebiona scianka 7 rozciaga sie na calym obwodzie kasetonu 6. Na kasetonie 6 jest umieszczone popiersie 8, przedstawiajace postac zolnierza. Zolnierz trzyma w reku kufel wypelniony piwem. Z boku kasetonu 6 jest wyprowadzony kran 9 z ozdobna raczka 10 u góry w ksztalcie galki i wylewowa rurka 11 w dolnej czesci. The industrial design is a draft beer dispensing column, intended for mounting on countertops in beer halls, cafes, pubs, and other catering establishments. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the object manifests itself in the shape, color, surface properties, and decorative elements. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing (fig. 1), showing the column in perspective, and in the photograph (fig. 2). The draft beer dispensing column, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of colored metal. The essential features of the industrial design include a vertical support 1 in the shape of a circular tube, embedded at the bottom in a pedestal 2. The pedestal 2 is shaped like a bowl with a peripheral edge 3 at the bottom. At the top, on the vertical support 1, is a platform 4, whose shape resembles an inverted bowl with beveled sides 5. On the upper surface of platform 4 is a coffer 6, formed by two surfaces, one above the other, with a recessed wall 7 between them. The recessed wall 7 extends around the entire circumference of the coffer 6. On the coffer 6 is a bust 8, representing a soldier. The soldier holds a mug filled with beer. On the side of the caisson 6 there is a tap 9 with a decorative knob-shaped handle 10 at the top and a spout 11 at the bottom. At the bottom of the bust 8 there is a convex, stylized word motif 12.
