Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolumna do dystrybucji piwa beczkowego, przeznaczona do montowania na blacie kontuarów, które stanowia wyposazenie piwiarni, kawiarni, pubów i innych lokali gastronomicznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz material. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1- przedstawia kolumne wwidoku perspektywicznym, odmiana 1, zas fig.2 - ilustruje kolumne w widoku perspektywicznym, odmiana 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na fotografii, fig.3. Kolumna do dystrybucji piwa beczkowego, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z barwionego chemicznie metalu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze korpus 1 kolumny jest uksztaltowany w formie wydluzonego i scietego u góry stozka, przypominajacego w swej formie wysmuklona szyjke butelki. U dolu korpus 1 kolumny jest wyposazony w blyszczaca podstawe 2. Podstawa 2 ma forme obwodowego wienca, utworzonego z dwóch wypuklych na zewnatrz krazków o róznej srednicy zewnetrznej, umieszczonych jeden na drugim. U góry korpusu 1 kolumny znajduje sie obwodowy pierscien 3 a powyzej ozdoba w formie kapsla 4. Z boku korpus 1 jest wyposazony w kranik z rurka dozujaca 5 i uchwytem 6 w formie zaokraglonej u góry i wydluzonej galki. The subject of the industrial design is a draft beer dispensing column, intended for mounting on countertops used in beer halls, cafes, pubs, and other catering establishments. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the column in a perspective view, variant 1, and Fig. 2 illustrates the column in a perspective view, variant 2. The subject of the design is also shown in the photograph, Fig. 3. The draft beer dispensing column, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of chemically colored metal. Significant features of the industrial design include the column body 1, which is shaped like an elongated cone truncated at the top, resembling a slender bottleneck. At the bottom, the column body 1 is equipped with a shiny base 2. Base 2 is in the form of a circumferential wreath, formed by two outwardly convex discs of different outer diameters, placed one on top of the other. At the top of the column body 1, there is a circumferential ring 3, and above it, a decoration in the form of a cap 4. On the side, the body 1 is equipped with a tap with a dispensing tube 5 and a handle 6 in the form of a rounded knob at the top and elongated. The column for distributing draft beer, according to the industrial design, variant 1, is equipped with a medallion 7 with a shiny rim 8, wherein the medallion 7 is attached to the body 1.
