Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kartonowe materialów sypkich, zwlaszcza kawy i herbaty. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Znane jest z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp 120 opakowanie majace postac pojemnika o ksztalcie tuby. Znany pojemnik ma trójkatny przekrój poprzeczny przy czym wszystkie jego scianki i naroza sa owalne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - opakowanie w widoku A - A i fig. 3 - opakowanie w widoku z góry.Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu graniastoslupa, którego podstawy maja ksztalt trójkata równobocznego. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze naroza graniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata równobocznego zostaly wzdluznie sciete tak, ze podstawy 1 graniastoslupa maja ksztalt szesciokata powstalego przez odciecie narozników trójkata równobocznego. Powstaly szesciokat posiada po trzy boki o identycznej dlugosci: trzy krótsze boki 2 i trzy dluzsze boki 3( Fig. 1,2,3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt graniastoslupa, którego podstawy 1 maja ksztalt szesciokata o trzech dluzszych 3 i trzech krótszych bokach 2. Zarówno dluzsze boki 3 jak i krótsze boki 2 podstawy 1 posiadaja, odpowiednio, identyczne dlugosci (Fig. 3).Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cardboard packaging for bulk materials, particularly coffee and tea. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging, manifested in its shape. The packaging is known from the description of industrial design no. Rp 120 as a tube-shaped container. This known container has a triangular cross-section, with all its walls and corners being oval. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the packaging in view A-A, and Fig. 3 shows the packaging in a top view. According to the design, the packaging has a shape similar to a prism, the bases of which are in the shape of an equilateral triangle. The packaging according to the design is characterized in that the corners of a prism with an equilateral triangle base have been cut longitudinally so that the base 1 of the prism has the shape of a hexagon created by cutting off the corners of the equilateral triangle. The resulting hexagon has three sides of identical length: three shorter sides 2 and three longer sides 3 (Fig. 1, 2, 3). Essential features of the industrial design: The packaging according to the design has the shape of a prism, the base 1 of which has a hexagonal shape with three longer sides 3 and three shorter sides 2.
