PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush. The novel features of the toothbrush are its external appearance, shape, and original and distinctive form. The industrial design for the toothbrush is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same toothbrush from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the same toothbrush from the back. The essential features of a toothbrush having a bristle part, a throat and a handle are that its bristle part has an oval shape close to an ellipse in a frontal view surrounded by a double outline of the same shape as its outer surface, in a side view it has a finger-like shape with bristles having a substantially rectangular shape in this view, and in a back view it has a shape resembling the tip of a spoon, while the throat has the shape of a slender neck containing decorative elements, while the handle is a thickened element which in the frontal and back views is a combination of arc lines narrowing upwards, wherein the decorative elements of the throat have the form of three parallel rings wrapped around the entire circumference of the neck, with a slightly decreasing diameter towards the bottom, and the thickening of the handle has the shape of a frontal view and from the back it is outlined with a wavy line narrowing upwards and has in its lower, longer and wider part a flat overlay having the shape of an ellipse at the front with circular elements in the middle, and at the bottom an extension resembling a tripod with ball-shaped legs, and in a side view, together with the rest of the brush, it takes on the shape of a one-sidedly flattened letter S.
