Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są chloro—azobenzenowe pochodne kolchicyny oraz sposób ich otrzymywania obejmujący reakcję kolchicyny z chloro—azobenzenami w stosunku molowym 1:1 w obecności czynnika sprzęgającego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zastosowanie chloro—azobenzenowych pochodnych kolchicyny jako inhibitorów polimeryzacji tubuliny.
