Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są chloro—azobenzenowe pochodne kolchicyny oraz sposób ich otrzymywania obejmujący reakcję kolchicyny z chloro—azobenzenami w stosunku molowym 1:1 w obecności czynnika sprzęgającego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zastosowanie chloro—azobenzenowych pochodnych kolchicyny jako inhibitorów polimeryzacji tubuliny.The subject of the application is chloro-azobenzene derivatives of colchicine and a method for their preparation comprising the reaction of colchicine with chloro-azobenzenes in a 1:1 molar ratio in the presence of a coupling agent. The subject of the application is also the use of chloro-azobenzene derivatives of colchicine as tubulin polymerization inhibitors.
