Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oparcie przeznaczone do pojazdów komunikacji zbiorowej, takich jak autobusy, tramwaje itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie oparcia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje oparcie w widoku czolowo-perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - oparcie w widoku bocznym, a fig. 3 - oparcie z siedziskiem uchylnym znajdujacym sie w polozeniu zlozonym. Oparcie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac plyty o pobocznicy w ksztalcie utworzonym z wychodzacego od strony wierzchniej luku przechodzacego w prosty odcinek biegnacy w strone tylna. Oparcie w widoku z przodu ma zarys utworzony z prostokata zajmujacego polozenie w czesci dolnej i srodkowej oraz trapezu polozonego w czesci górnej, przystajacego swa dluzsza podstawa do górnego poziomego boku prostokata. Prostokat ma zaokraglone naroza dolne, zas boki trapezu góra przechodza lukami w krótsza podstawe, a dolem lagodnymi lukami w dluzsza podstawe trapezu . W widoku z boku oparcie w czesci srodkowej i górnej wystaje poza czesc dolna, tworzac w czesci dolnej otwarta z trzech stron wneke. Oparcie moze stanowic samodzielny element, jak pokazano na fig.l lub stanowic oparcie dla uchylnego siedziska, co zostalo przedstawione na fig. 3. W tym przypadku siedzisko w polozeniu zlozonym jest schowane we wnece, tworzac w przyblizeniu jedna plaszczyzne z wystajaca czescia oparcia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. oparcie stanowi plyte o pobocznicy w ksztalcie wychodzacego od strony wierzchniej luku przechodzacego w odcinek prosty,2. w widoku z przodu oparcie ma zarys utworzony z prostokata zajmujacego polozenie w czesci dolnej i srodkowej oraz trapezu polozonego w czesci górnej i przystajacego swa dluzsza podstawa do górnego, poziomego boku prostokata, przy czym naroza dolne prostokata sa zaokraglone, natomiast boki trapezu góra przechodza lukami w krótsza podstawe trapezu, a dolem lagodnymi lukami w dluzsza podstawe trapezu, 3. w widoku z boku oparcie w czesci srodkowej i górnej wystaje poza czesc dolna, tworzac w czesci dolnej wneke otwarta z trzech stron. Pelnomocnik: PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a backrest intended for public transport vehicles such as buses, trams, etc. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the backrest. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the backrest in a frontal perspective view, Fig. 2 - the backrest in a side view, and Fig. 3 - the backrest with a tilting seat in the folded position. According to the industrial design, the backrest is in the form of a board with a side surface formed by an arc extending from the top side into a straight section extending towards the rear. In a front view, the backrest has an outline formed by a rectangle positioned in the lower and middle sections and a trapezoid positioned in the upper section, its longer base congruent to the upper horizontal side of the rectangle. The rectangle has rounded lower corners, while the trapezoid sides arc upwards into the shorter base, and arc downwards into the longer base of the trapezoid. In a side view, the backrest in its middle and upper sections protrudes beyond the lower section, creating a recess in the lower section open on three sides. The backrest can be a standalone element, as shown in Fig. 1, or it can support a tilting seat, as shown in Fig. 3. In this case, the seat, in the folded position, is hidden within the recess, forming approximately one plane with the protruding part of the backrest. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. the backrest is a board with a side surface in the shape of an arc extending from the top side into a straight section, 2. in the front view, the backrest has an outline formed by a rectangle located in the lower and middle part and a trapezoid located in the upper part and congruent with its longer base to the upper, horizontal side of the rectangle, wherein the lower corners of the rectangle are rounded, while the sides of the trapezoid at the top pass through arcs into the shorter base of the trapezoid, and at the bottom through gentle arcs into the longer base of the trapezoid, 3. in the side view, the backrest in the middle and upper part protrudes beyond the lower part, creating a recess in the lower part open on three sides.
