Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykonania materiału z osnową z ceramiki cyrkonowej oraz częścią bioaktywną w postaci niejonowych pierwiastków z grupy platynowców o działaniu bioaktywnym przeznaczonej do systemów precyzyjnego kształtowania opartych na technologiach CAD/CAM w postaci prezsynteryzowanej do zastosowań medycznych i okołomedycznych. Sposób wykonania materiału z osnową z ceramiki cyrkonowej oraz częścią bioaktywną w postaci niejonowych pierwiastków z grupy platynowców charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje etapy: a) mieszania ręcznego lub maszynowego ceramiki cyrkonowej i koloidu platynowców w zakresie udziałowym od 1:1 do 1:5 części wagowych; b) wypełnia się matrycę uzyskaną gęstwą; c) suszenia w czasie od 1 do 1440 minut do uzyskania masy o wilgotności < 20% w temperaturze > 20°C; d) prasowania o nacisku > 20 MPa.
