Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rolka modułu blokady cofania wózka inwalidzkiego. Składa się ona z wewnętrznego rdzenia (2), w którym osadzone jest nierozłącznie i nieruchomo sprzęgło jednokierunkowe (1), z wewnętrznym rdzeniem (2) połączony jest trwale i nierozłącznie element elastyczny (3), który posiada strukturę porowatą (4) o ułożonej i symetrycznej strukturze porów powodującej izotropowość promieniową, z elementem elastycznym (3) połączono trwale i nierozłącznie rdzeń zewnętrzny (6), na który zwulkanizowano bieżnię zewnętrzną (7).
