Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preimpregnat posiadający warstwę nośną (1) oraz warstwę funkcyjną (2) połączone materiałem termoplastycznym (3). Istotą preimpregnatu jest to, że warstwa nośna (1) składa się z tkaniny z włókien szklanych lub węglowych, w który wtopiony jest materiał termoplastyczny (3). Warstwa nośna (1) połączona jest z warstwą funkcyjną (2) składającą się z proszku metalu lub proszku półmetalu lub proszku węglika lub proszku minerału, w który wtopiony jest materiał termoplastyczny (4). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania preimpregnatu, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie na dolnej płycie (5) prasy termotransferowej układa się warstwę funkcyjną (2) w postaci proszku metalu lub proszku półmetalu lub proszku węglika lub proszku minerału, na którą następnie nakłada się materiał termoplastyczny (3) w postaci folii, na którą nakłada się warstwę nośną (1) w postaci tkaniny z włókien sztucznych, które zgrzewa się dociskając górną płytę grzewczą (6). Następnie w drugim etapie na dolnej płycie (5) prasy termotransferowej układa się wyrób powstały w pierwszym etapie w ten sposób, że styka się z nią od strony warstwy nośnej (1), po czym na wyrobie powstałym w pierwszym etapie nakłada się materiał termoplastyczny (4) w postaci włókniny i całość zgrzewa się dociskając dolną płytę grzewczą (6).The subject of the application is a preimpregnation having a carrier layer (1) and a functional layer (2) connected by a thermoplastic material (3). The essence of the preimpregnation is that the carrier layer (1) consists of a glass or carbon fiber fabric into which a thermoplastic material (3) is embedded. The carrier layer (1) is connected to a functional layer (2) consisting of metal powder or semimetal powder or carbide powder or mineral powder into which a thermoplastic material (4) is embedded. The subject of the application also includes a method for producing a preimpregnation, which consists in that in the first stage, a functional layer (2) in the form of metal powder or semimetal powder or carbide powder or mineral powder is placed on the lower plate (5) of a thermal transfer press, onto which a thermoplastic material (3) in the form of a foil is then applied, onto which a carrier layer (1) in the form of a fabric of artificial fibers is applied, which are welded by pressing the upper heating plate (6). Then, in the second stage, the product created in the first stage is placed on the lower plate (5) of the thermal transfer press in such a way that it is in contact with it from the side of the carrier layer (1), after which a thermoplastic material (4) in the form of a non-woven fabric is applied on the product created in the first stage and the whole is welded by pressing the lower heating plate (6).
