Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dwufunkcyjny implant kostny według wynalazku, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go kurdlan, bioceramika fosforanowo-wapniowa w postaci granul, kompleks CaMg-X-chitozan-ryzedronian w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku oraz zeolit CaMg-X sfunkcjonalizowany za pomocą chitozanu (CaMg-X-chitozan) w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku, rozprowadzone w wodzie dejonizowanej, przy czym proporcje wagowe stałych komponentów wynoszą odpowiednio 8% (w/v) kurdlanu, 40% (w/v) bioceramiki fosforanowo-wapniowej w postaci granul, 10% (w/v) kompleksu CaMg-X-chitozan-ryzedronian w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku oraz 10% (w/v) zeolitu CaMg-X-chitozan w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku w odniesieniu do wody dejonizowanej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania implantu kostnego do leczenia złamań osteoporotycznych według wynalazku, który polega na tym, że bioceramikę fosforanowo-wapniową (hydroksyapatyt (HA), fosforany trójwapniowe (TCP), modyfikowany HA, materiały dwufazowe (BCP) złożone z HA i TCP) w postaci granul oraz mieszankę zeolitową zawierającą kompleks CaMg-X-chitozan-ryzedronian w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku i zeolit CaMg-X sfunkcjonalizowany za pomocą chitozanu (CaMg-X-chitozan) w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku rozprowadza się w wodnym roztworze kurdlanu. Otrzymany rodzaj pasty poddaje się działaniu wysokiej temperatury, a następnie schłodzeniu do temperatury pokojowej oraz suszeniu na powietrzu.
