Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do wykrywania defektów w drewnie i sposób wykrywania defektów w drewnie. Układ do wykrywania defektów w drewnie charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera stanowisko detekcji (10) przystosowane do przyjmowania elementu drewnianego; oświetlacz (21) przystosowany do oświetlania elementu drewnianego na stanowisku detekcji (10) światłem o długości fali w zakresie między 225 a 625 nm; rejestrator obrazu (22) przystosowany do rejestrowania poziomu absorbancji światła przez oświetlany obszar elementu drewnianego; oraz analizator (23) przystosowany do klasyfikowania obszarów o absorbancji powyżej zadanego progu jako obszarów z defektem żywicznym.
