Abstract

Połączenie dwucięte płyt wykonanych z drewna klejonego krzyżowo za pomocą łącznika trzpieni drewnianych, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z przynajmniej dwóch płyt (1) z drewna klejonego krzyżowo, połączonych ze sobą parami za pomocą przynajmniej jednego łącznika (2) w postaci płaskiego elementu drewnianego, o wydłużonym migdałowatym kształcie. Dwa dłuższe boki przekroju łącznika (2) stanowią proste odcinki równoległe do siebie, a kształt każdego z zakończeń łącznika (2) składa się z dwóch identycznych, stycznych fragmentów łuku okręgu, z których każdy wyznaczony jest przez ramiona kąta środkowego o mierze mieszczącej się w przedziale 60-65 stopni. W płytach (1) znajdują się kieszenie (3), o identycznym kształcie i rozmiarach, umiejscowione w ścianie bocznej płyty (1), przy czym kształt i rozmiar każdej kieszeni (3) jest kształtem i rozmiarem połowy łącznika (2), zaś łączniki (2) umieszczone są w parach kieszeni (3) przylegających do siebie, połączonych za ich pomocą płyt (1). Sposób wykonania połączenia dwuciętego płyt wykonanych z drewna klejonego krzyżowo za pomocą łącznika i trzpieni drewnianych, charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonuje się połączenie scharakteryzowane wyżej, najpierw frezując kieszenie (3) w płycie (1) następnie wykonuje się otwory (6) na jednej powierzchni (8) płyty (1), po czym wykonuje się wykonując łącznik (2), a później otwory (4) w łączniku. W następnej kolejności wykonuje się drewniane trzpienie, po czym płyty (1) łączy się łącznikami (2), po czym trzpienie umieszcza się w otworach (4) i (6).
