Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania i selektywnego metalizowania kompozytu na osnowie polimerowej z wypełniaczem z mączki drzewnej, polegający na tym, że tworzywo polimerowe miesza się z mączką drzewną pokrytą warstwami: poli(kwasu taninowego) oraz naniesioną na niej warstwą metalicznego srebra, a stężenie mączki drzewnej wynosi od 5 do 50 % obj., po czym powstałą mieszaninę formuje się cieplnie w procesie przetwórczym w temperaturze od 160°C do 250°C, tworząc kompozyt. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że powierzchnię kompozytu aktywuje się selektywnie przy użyciu wiązki promieniowania laserowego z zakresu podczerwieni, o mocy od 2 do 20 W, a następnie kompozyt umieszcza się w kąpieli metalizującej.
