Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element do montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych. U-kształtny wspornik do mocowania paneli fotowoltaicznych zawierający podstawę (10), pierwsze ramię (11) do przytwierdzania wspornika do konstrukcji dachu oraz drugie ramię (12) do mocowania profilu nośnego do wspornika, charakteryzuje się tym, że część końcowa (11B) pierwszego ramienia (11) jest wygięta względem części początkowej (11A) pierwszego ramienia (11), pod kątem (á) wynoszącym od 20 do 40 stopni; oraz że wspomniana część końcowa (11B) zawiera podłużny otwór, w którym oś X1 przechodząca przez jego środek przebiega prostopadle do powierzchni głównej części końcowej (11B) pierwszego ramienia (11).
