Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest reaktor radialno-osiowy do prowadzenia procesu selektywnej katalitycznej redukcji NOx (SCR-deNOx) lub deN2O, o konstrukcji zapewniającej przepływ strumienia gazu przez złoże katalizatora w kierunku osiowym i radialnym, stanowiący pionowy aparat z wlotem gazu w górnej i wylotem w dolnej części, charakteryzujący się tym, że w jego wnętrzu zamocowany jest osiowo kosz katalityczny (6) o kształcie otwartego od góry cylindrycznego naczynia z nieprzepuszczalną dla gazu (litą) zewnętrzną ścianą boczną zakończoną kołnierzem mocującym kosz do ściany reaktora i z nieprzepuszczalnym (litym) dnem (12), a wewnątrz kosza znajduje się wewnętrzna sekcja katalityczna (4) zawierająca złoże katalizatora, ograniczona od zewnątrz perforowaną ścianą boczną (9) zamocowaną na litym dnie (12) i górną perforowaną pokrywą (8), przy czym przestrzeń między litą (6) a perforowaną ścianą boczną (9) jest otwarta u góry dla zapewnienia swobodnego napływu gazu na złoże w kierunku radialnym, zaś wewnątrz sekcji katalitycznej (4) znajduje się umieszczona osiowo centralna rura (5) o perforowanych ścianach, osadzona w otworze w dnie (12) kosza katalitycznego i otwarta do wnętrza reaktora, przy czym katalizator wypełnia przestrzeń wokół i nad centralną rurą (5).
