Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik i pokrywa. Pojemnik i pokrywa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniaja sie od innych znanych wzorów pojemnika i pokrywy nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Zgloszenie obejmuje piec odmian pojemnika ponumerowanych od pierwszej do piatej i pokrywe. The container and lid according to the industrial design are distinguished from other known container and lid designs by their novelty, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the lines. The application covers five variants of the container, numbered from one to five, and the lid. The container according to the industrial design in the first variant has a body in the shape similar to an inverted pyramid with a truncated top and a base close to a square, and is open at the top, and at the top it has a rim protruding outwards with an outline close to a square and rounded corners, while the side walls are stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, wherein the distance between several steps is greater at the top of the container than several steps at the bottom of the container, and under the rim at the top the container has a small indentation. The container according to the industrial design in the second variant has a body in the shape similar in the upper part to a cuboid and in the lower part to an inverted pyramid with a truncated top and a base close to a square, and is open at the top, and at the top it has a rim protruding outwards with an outline close to a square and with rounded corners, while the side walls of the lower part of the body are stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, 10 where the distance between the steps is approximately the same and the interior of the container is widest approximately in the middle of the first step from the top. The container according to the industrial design in the third variant has a body with a shape similar to an inverted truncated cone and a round base, and is open at the top, and at the top has a protruding outward rim with an outline similar to a circle, and the side wall is stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, wherein the spacing of the steps is uneven, medium at the top of the container, the largest in the central part of the body, and the smallest in the lower part of the body at the base of the container and in the first stepped fragment of the wall from the top, the interior of the container is the widest. 25 The container according to the industrial design in the fourth variant has a body with a shape similar to an inverted truncated cone and a round base, and is open at the top, and at the top it has a protruding outward rim with an outline similar to a circle, and the side wall is stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, wherein the steps are approximately evenly spaced from each other, and in the first stepped wall fragment from the top the interior of the container is the widest, wherein the interior of the base is provided with a system of coaxial circles. The container according to the industrial design in the fifth variant has a body with a shape similar to an inverted truncated cone and a round base, and is open at the top, and at the top it has an outward protruding rim with an outline similar to a circle, and the side wall is stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, the spacing of the steps being approximately uniform, and in the first stepped wall fragment from the top the interior of the container is the widest. The cover according to the industrial design has the shape of a disc with a protruding rim approximately halfway up the disc, wherein the upper surface of the disc is provided with two recesses in the shape of a ring segment, placed opposite each other on the sides of the central area constituting the handle, and the diameter of the lower part of the disc is smaller than the diameter of the upper part of the disc. 25 The essential features of the container according to the first variant of the industrial design are that it has a body in the shape of a near-inverted pyramid with a truncated top and a near-square base, and is open at the top, and at the top it has a protruding rim with an outline of a near-square and rounded corners, and the side walls are stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, wherein the distance between several steps is greater at the top of the container than between several steps at the bottom of the container, and under the rim at the top the container has a small indentation, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-fig. 4. The essential features of the container according to the second variant of the industrial design 10 are that it has a body with a shape similar to a cuboid in the upper part and to an inverted pyramid in the lower part with a truncated top and a base similar to a square, and is open at the top, and at the top it has an outward protruding rim with an outline similar to a square and rounded corners, while the side walls of the lower part of the body are steppedly inclined towards the base of the container, the distance of the steps from each other being approximately the same and the container interior 20 is widest approximately in the middle of the first step from the top, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 5 - fig. 8. The essential features of the container according to the third variant of the industrial design are that it has a body with a shape similar to an inverted truncated cone and a round base, is open at the top, and at the top has a protruding outward rim with an outline similar to a circle, and the side wall is stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, the spacing of the steps being uneven, medium at the top of the container, the largest in the central part of the body, and the smallest in the lower part of the body at the base of the container and in the first stepped fragment of the wall from the top, the interior of the container 5 is the widest, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 9 - fig. 12. The essential features of the container according to the fourth variant of the industrial design are that it has a body in the shape of a near-inverted truncated cone and a round base, is open at the top, and has an outwardly projecting rim at the top with an outline close to a circle, the side wall is stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, the steps being approximately evenly spaced, and the interior of the container is the widest in the first stepped wall fragment from the top, and the interior of the base is provided with a system of coaxial circles, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 13 - fig. 16. 20 The essential features of the container according to the fifth variant of the industrial design are that it has a body with a shape similar to an inverted truncated cone and a round base, it is open at the top and at the top it has an outward protruding rim with an outline similar to a circle, the side wall is stepped and inclined towards the base of the container, the steps being approximately evenly spaced, and in the first stepped wall fragment from the top the interior of the container is the widest, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 17 - fig. 20. The essential features of the cover according to the pattern are that it has the shape of a disc with a protruding rim approximately at half the height of the disc, wherein the upper surface of the disc is provided with two recesses in the shape of a ring segment, placed opposite each other on the sides of the central area constituting the handle, and the diameter of the lower part of the disc is smaller than the diameter of the upper part of the disc, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 21 - fig. 24.
