Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest żywica uretanowo-dimetakrylanowa, o wzorze ogólnym 28, gdzie CH2=C(CH3)-(CO)O- - grupa metakrylanowa, >N+< - czwartorzędowa grupa amoniowa, Br- - anion bromkowy, CH3- - grupa metylowa, >C< - czwartorzędowy atom węgla, -CH2- grupa metylenowa, -C6H7(CH3)3- - grupa 3,5,5-trimetylo-3,1-cykloheksylenowa, CH3(CH2)11- - grupa n-dodecylowa, -NH(CO)O- - wiązanie uretanowe, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch jednostek skrzydłowych, pochodzących od bromku [2-(metakryloiloksy)etylo]-2-dodecylohydroksyetylometyloamoniowego o wzorze ogólnym 29, gdzie CH2=C(CH3)-(CO)O- - grupa metakrylanowa, >N+< - czwartorzędowa grupa amoniowa, Br- - anion bromkowy, CH3- - grupa metylowa, CH3(CH2)10CH2 grupa- - grupa n-dodecylowa, OH- - grupa hydroksylowa oraz rdzenia, pochodzącego od diizocyjanianu izoforonu o wzorze ogólnym 15, gdzie -CH2- - grupa metylenowa, -C6H7(CH3)3- - grupa 3,5,5-trimetylo-3,1-cykloheksylenowa, NCO- - grupa izocyjanianowa. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób otrzymywania żywicy uretanowo-dimetakrylanowej o wzorze ogólnym 28 oraz jej zastosowanie.The subject of the application is a urethane-dimethacrylate resin of general formula 28, where CH2=C(CH3)-(CO)O- - methacrylate group, >N+< - quaternary ammonium group, Br- - bromide anion, CH3- - methyl group, >C< - quaternary carbon atom, -CH2- methylene group, -C6H7(CH3)3- - 3,5,5-trimethyl-3,1-cyclohexylene group, CH3(CH2)11- - n-dodecyl group, -NH(CO)O- - urethane bond, which is characterized in that it consists of two wing units derived from [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]-2-dodecylhydroxyethylmethylammonium bromide of general formula 29, where CH2=C(CH3)-(CO)O- - group methacrylate, >N+< - quaternary ammonium group, Br- - bromide anion, CH3- - methyl group, CH3(CH2)10CH2 group- - n-dodecyl group, OH- - hydroxyl group and a core derived from isophorone diisocyanate of general formula 15, where -CH2- - methylene group, -C6H7(CH3)3- - 3,5,5-trimethyl-3,1-cyclohexylene group, NCO- - isocyanate group. The application also covers a method for obtaining a urethane-dimethacrylate resin of general formula 28 and its use.
