Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest żywica uretanowo-dimetakrylanowa, o wzorze ogólnym 14, gdzie CH<sub>2</sub>=C(CH<sub>3</sub>)-(CO)O- -grupa metakrylanowa, >N<sup>+</sup>< -czwartorzędowa grupa amoniowa, Br<sup>-</sup> -anion bromkowy, CH<sub>3</sub>- -grupa metylowa, CH<sub>3</sub>(CH<sub>2</sub>)<sub>6</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>- grupa n-oktylowa, -NH(CO)O- -wiązanie uretanowe, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch jednostek skrzydłowych pochodzących od bromku [2-(metakryloiloksy)etylo]-2-hydroksyetylometylooktyloamoniowego o wzorze ogólnym 15, gdzie CH<sub>2</sub>=C(CH<sub>3</sub>)-(CO)O- -grupa metakrylanowa, >N<sup>+</sup>< - czwartorzędowa grupa amoniowa, Br<sup>-</sup> -anion bromkowy, CH<sub>3</sub>- -grupa metylowa, CH<sub>3</sub>(CH<sub>2</sub>)<sub>6</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>- -grupa n-oktylowa, OH<sup>-</sup> -grupa hydroksylowa oraz rdzenia, pochodzącego od diizocyjanianu trimetylo-1,6-heksametylenu o wzorze ogólnym 16, gdzie CH<sub>3</sub>- -grupa metylowa, NCO- -grupa izocyjanianowa. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób otrzymywania żywicy uretanowo-dimetakrylanowej, o wzorze 14, oraz jej zastosowanie.The subject of the application is a urethane-dimethacrylate resin of general formula 14, where CH <sub> 2 </sub> = C (CH <sub> 3 </sub>) - (CO) O- methacrylate group,> N <sup > + </sup> <-quaternary ammonium group, Br <sup> - </sup> -bromide anion, CH <sub> 3 </sub> - -methyl group, CH <sub> 3 </sub> (CH <sub> 2 </sub>) <sub> 6 </sub> CH <sub> 2 </sub> - n-octyl group, -NH (CO) O- - urethane bond, which is characterized by consists of two wing units derived from [2- (methacryloyloxy) ethyl] -2-hydroxyethylmethyloctyl ammonium bromide of general formula 15, where CH <sub> 2 </sub> = C (CH <sub> 3 </sub>) - ( CO) O- -methacrylate group,> N <sup> + </sup> <- quaternary ammonium group, Br <sup> - </sup> -bromide anion, CH <sub> 3 </sub> - -methyl group , CH <sub> 3 </sub> (CH <sub> 2 </sub>) <sub> 6 </sub> CH <sub> 2 </sub> - -n-octyl group, OH <sup> - </sup> -hydroxy group and a core derived from trimethyl-1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate of general formula 16, where CH <sub> 3 </sub> - -methyl group, NCO- -isocyanate group anianowa. The subject of the application is also a method for the preparation of urethane dimethacrylate resin of formula 14 and its use.
