Abstract

Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem aktywności i nowego zastosowania pochodnych imidazolotiosemikarbazydu do zwalczania infekcji wywołanych przez dermatofity, gdzie aktywność ta jest korzystniejsza od stosowanych leków azolowych. Istota wynalazku dotyczy nowego zastosowania pochodnych imidazolotiosemikarbazydu o wzorze 1 przedstawionym na rysunku, gdzie R1 oznacza podstawnik meta-jodowy, meta-bromowy, orto-nitrowy, meta-nitrowy, para-nitrowy, orto-metylowy, meta-metylowy, para-metylowy, para-acetylowy do zwalczania infekcji wywołanych przez dermatofity porównywalną do stosowanych leków azolowych. Korzystnie pochodne te stosuje się do wytwarzania leku przeznaczonego do zwalczania infekcji dermatofitowych.
