Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ rębaka do drewna z sekcją detekcji uszkodzenia ostrza, w którym kanał podawczy (4) rębaka jest wyposażony w czujnik detekcji i identyfikacji (6) pojemnika (1), a do obudowy walcowego mechanizmu tnącego (3) zamontowano detektory krawędzi ostrza (7) i (8), które w przypadku górnego zespołu tnącego rozmieszczone są równolegle z krawędzią ostrza, gdy jest ono w skrajnej pozycji górnej (D), a w przypadku dolnego zespołu tnącego równolegle z krawędzią tnącą ostrza, gdy jest ono w skrajnej pozycji dolnej (E), przy czym detektory krawędzi ostrza (7) i (8) oraz czujnik detekcji i identyfikacji (6) pojemnika (1) połączone są z systemem rejestrującym i sterownikiem (14) połączonym również z czujnikiem hallotronowym zamontowanym na wałach mechanizmu tnącego.
