Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie materiału polimerowego na bazie mieszaniny polilaktydu i polibursztynianu butylenu w produkcji wyrobów techniką druku 3D metodą FDM. Materiał polimerowy na bazie mieszaniny polilaktydu i polibursztynianu butylenu zawiera od 20% do 80% wagowych polimeru PBS, korzystnie 50%, a wytłaczania mieszaniny polimerowej przeprowadza się przy zastosowaniu wytłaczarki dwuślimakowej, korzystnie ze współbieżnie pracującymi ślimakami, w zakresie temperatur cylindra maszyny wytłaczarskiej od 100°C do 250°C, korzystnie od 150°C do 200°C, po czym przygotowuje się filament, a w technice druku 3D przygotowuje się wyrób, który następnie poddawany jest procedurze wygrzewania w temperaturze od 80°C do 120°C, w czasie od 0,5 do 5 godzin, korzystniej 90°C - 100°C, w czasie poniżej 2 godzin.
