Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ekologiczna, wielowarstwowa folia stretch, która przeznaczona jest zwłaszcza do stabilizacji zafoliowanych na paletach zestawów towarów, zarówno przemysłowych jak i spożywczych, podczas ich magazynowania i transportu. Folia stretch, o grubości 8 - 12 µm, złożona z 4 - 13 warstw wytworzonych głównie z PELD i PELLD o masowym wskaźniku szybkości płynięcia MFR w zakresie 1,0 - 3,0 g/10 min, charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonana jest w całości z konsumenckiego recyklatu folii stretch i składa się ze złączonych ze sobą następujących warstw: warstwy zewnętrznej 1, której grubość stanowi 12% - 18% całkowitej grubości folii wykonanej z konsumenckiego recyklatu foli stretch z dodatkiem 0,2% - 1% wagowych kopolimeru liniowego etylenu z 1 -oktenem o wzorze 1, gdzie C8 oznacza liczbę atomów węgla w oktenie, 0,05% - 1% wagowych 2,2'-metyleno-bis(6(2H-benzotriazol-2-ilo)-4-(1,1,3,3-tetrametylobutylo)-fenolu, jako stabilizatora UV i 0,05% - 1% wagowych 2-fenyloetanolu, jako substancji neutralizujące nieprzyjemne zapachy; warstwy wewnętrznej 1, której grubość stanowi 32% - 38% całkowitej grubości folii wykonanej z konsumenckiego recyklatu folii stretch; warstwy wewnętrznej 2, której grubość stanowi 30% - 40% całkowitej grubości folii wykonanej z konsumenckiego recyklatu folii stretch, z dodatkiem 0,05% - 1% wagowych 2-fenyloetanolu; warstwy zewnętrznej 2, której grubość stanowi 30% – 40% całkowitej grubości folii wykonanej z konsumenckiego recyklatu folii stretch, z dodatkiem 0,2% — 1% wagowych kopolimeru liniowego etylenu z oktenem 1 i dodatkiem 0,05% - 1% wagowych 2,2'-metyleno—bis(6-(2H—benzotriazol—2-ilo)—4-(1,1,3,3-tetrametylobutylo)-fenolu.
