Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy kondensator litowo-jonowy składający się z umieszczonych w bezwodnym, organicznym elektrolicie elektrody ujemnej oraz dodatniej, przedzielonych separatorem, gdzie elektroda dodatnia wykonana jest z węgla o wysoce rozwiniętej powierzchni właściwej, a elektroda ujemna wykonana jest z grafitu. Elektrolit zawiera octan litu o wzorze 1.
