Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja epoksydowa do wytwarzania skrzynek elektrycznych i elementów konstrukcyjnych w górnictwie, która zawiera 38% włókna szklanego pochodzącego z recyklingu, 20% węglanu wapnia, 28,5% ciekłej żywicy epoksydowej na bazie bisfenolu A (EEW - 192), 6,5% dicyjanodiamidu, 1% 4-chlorofenylodimetylomocznika, 4% polichlorku winylu i 2% sadzy. Kompozycja epoksydowa do wytwarzania skrzynek elektrycznych i elementów konstrukcyjnych w górnictwie, według innej odmiany, zawiera 33% włókna szklanego pochodzącego z recyklingu, 30% wodorotlenku glinu, 10% ciekłej żywicy epoksydowej na bazie bisfenolu A (EEW - 192), 10% mieszaniny bezwodników metylotetrahydroftalowego, ftalowego i maleinowego, 1% N,N-dimetylobenzyloaminy, 14% adduktu eterdiglicydylowego bisfenolu A oraz bezwodnika izoftalowego i 2% sadzy. Kompozycja epoksydowa do wytwarzania skrzynek elektrycznych i elementów konstrukcyjnych w górnictwie, według kolejnej odmiany zawiera 33% włókna szklanego pochodzącego z recyklingu, 30% polifosforanu amonu (APP), 10% ciekłej żywicy epoksydowej na bazie bisfenolu A (EEW - 192), 10% mieszaniny bezwodników metylotetrahydroftalowego, ftalowego i maleinowego, 1% N,N-dimetylobenzyloaminy, 14% adduktu eterdiglicydylowego bisfenolu A oraz bezwodnika izoftalowego i 2% sadzy.The subject of the application is an epoxy composition for the production of electrical boxes and structural elements in the mining industry, which contains 38% recycled glass fiber, 20% calcium carbonate, 28.5% liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol A (EEW - 192), 6.5% dicyandiamide, 1% 4-chlorophenyldimethylurea, 4% polyvinyl chloride and 2% carbon black. An epoxy composition for the manufacture of electrical boxes and structural elements in the mining industry, according to another variation, contains 33% recycled glass fiber, 30% aluminum hydroxide, 10% liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol A (EEW - 192), 10% mixture of methyltetrahydrophthalic, phthalic and maleic anhydrides, 1% N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, 14% diglycidyl ether adduct of bisphenol A and isophthalic anhydride and 2% carbon black. An epoxy composition for the production of electrical boxes and structural elements in the mining industry, according to another variant, contains 33% recycled glass fiber, 30% ammonium polyphosphate (APP), 10% liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol A (EEW - 192), 10% mixture of methyltetrahydrophthalic, phthalic and maleic anhydrides, 1% N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, 14% diglycidyl ether adduct of bisphenol A and isophthalic anhydride and 2% carbon black.
