Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest granulat zawierający związek maślanu w matrycy acyloglicerolowej charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera związek maślanu, korzystnie maślan sodu albo tributyrynę, w ilości od 40% do 86% wagowych całkowitej masy granulatu acyloglicerole w ilości od 14% do 58% wagowych całkowitej masy granulatu liczonej, przy czym stanowią one mieszaninę diacylogliceroli i monoacylogilceroli farmaceutyczne akceptowalne substancje pomocnicze w ilości od 0 do 10% wagowych całkowitej masy granulatu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też jednostkowa doustna postać dawkowania charakteryzująca się tym, że jest wypełniona lub wytworzona na bazie powyższego granulatu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też zastosowanie przedmiotowego granulatu do leczenia zespołu rozrostu bakteryjnego jelita cienkiego.
