Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka betonowa, zwłaszcza do produkcji prefabrykowanych elementów konstrukcyjnych dla rolnictwa, składająca się z 27,80% wag. piasku o uziarnieniu 0/2 mm, 18,82% wag. żwiru o uziarnieniu 2/8 mm, 28,71% wag. żwiru o uziarnieniu 8/16 mm, 13,67% wag. cementu wieloskładnikowego CEM V/A(S-V) 32,5, 6,84% wag. wody zarobowej, 4% wag. pyłu krzemionkowego i 0,14% wag. superplastyfikatora polimerowego, przy czym cement składa się z 40% - 64% klinkieru portlandzkiego, 18% - 30% granulowanego żużla wielkopiecowego, 18% - 30% popiołu lotnego krzemionkowego, siarczanu wapnia jako regulatora czasu wiązania i jest cementem o wysokiej wytrzymałości wczesnej (R), niskim cieple hydratacji LH, siarczanoodpornym HSR oraz niskoalkalicznym NA.
