Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielowarstwowa powłoka kompozytowa nanoszona metodą PVD na narzędzia skrawające, która składa się z naniesionej na podłoże (12) warstwy adhezyjnej (13), co najmniej jednej warstwy funkcyjnej (14) oraz warstwy tlenków metali (15), przy czym warstwa adhezyjna (13) składa się z azotku tytanu (TiN) zawierającego w swym składzie recepturowym: 50% atomowych Ti i 50% atomowych N, warstwa funkcyjna (14) składa się z naprzemiennie nałożonych warstw azotków metali: CrN, AlN oraz AlCrTiBN, zawierających w swym składzie recepturowym: CrN zawierającego 50% atomowych Cr i 50% atomowych N, AlN zawierającego 50% atomowych Al i 50% atomowych N, AlCrTiBN zawierającego 30% - 35% atomowych Al, 6% - 10% atomowych Cr, 3% - 8% atomowych Ti, 6% -10% atomowych B oraz 45% - 47% atomowych N, warstwa tlenków metali (15) składa się z mieszaniny tlenko-azotków metali AlCrTiB-ON zawierających w swym składzie recepturowym: 30% — 35% atomowych Al, 6% — 10% atomowych Cr, 3% — 8% atomowych Ti, 6% — 10% atomowych B, 17% — 20% atomowych O, 20% — 35% atomowych N.
