Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dwuśrubowe połączenie schodkowo-pierścieniowe stalowej belki dwuteowej, które charakteryzuje się tym, że połączenie schodkowo-pierścieniowe składa się z łącznika schodkowo-pierścieniowego lewego i łącznika schodkowo-pierścieniowego prawego mających taki sam kształt, przy czym osadzone są przeciwstawnie względem siebie w pionowej i poziomej osi symetrii, tak, że ściany z wybraniem łączników schodkowo-pierścieniowego lewego i prawego stykają się powierzchniami i tworzą pomiędzy sobą zamek schodkowo-pierścieniowy i połączenie schodkowo-pierścieniowe posiada łącznik środkowy (3) o kształcie w przekroju pionowym dwuteownika, a łączniki mają kształt o przekroju poziomym prostokąta z wybraniem w kształcie połowy elipsy w jednej ścianie bocznej a wybrania łączników po złożeniu mają razem kształt elipsy, ponadto łączniki mają ściany boczne wewnętrzne, które to ściany boczne wewnętrzne mają kształt teownika ułożonego poziomo główką i szyjką w kierunku łącznika środkowego (3), przy czym kształt główki odpowiada kształtowi bocznych krawędzi łącznika środkowego (3), a w pozycji złączonej łączniki po krawędzi zewnętrznej, mają przekrój prostokąta, zaś boczne ściany łączników mają po jednym wypuście skierowanym na zewnątrz o kształcie o przekroju zbliżonym do odwróconej litery U, przy czym wielkość i kształt odpowiada wybraniu w dolnej części górnej i dolnej półki łącznika środkowego (3), natomiast łącznik środkowy (3) w kształcie dwuteownika ma cztery grupy wybrania rozmieszczone symetrycznie w każdej dolnej części górnej i dolnej półki, w jego częściach bocznych, oraz w łączniku środkowym znajdują się dwa przelotowe otwory (4) osadzone równolegle do pionowej osi symetrii łącznika środkowego (3), i rozmieszczone względem niej symetrycznie w odległości od 1/3 do 1/5 korzystnie 1/4 szerokości górnej powierzchni łącznika środkowego (3), od jej krawędzi natomiast w otworach (4) osadzone są śruby (4), których długość większa niż wysokość h łączników.The subject of the application is a two-bolted step-ring connection of a steel I-beam, which is characterized by the fact that the step-ring connection consists of a left step-ring connector and a right step-ring connector having the same shape, and they are mounted opposite each other in a vertical and the horizontal axis of symmetry, so that the walls with the left and right stepped-ring connectors touch each other and form a stepped-ring lock between them, and the stepped-ring connection has a central connector (3) in the shape of a vertical I-section, and the connectors have a shape with a horizontal rectangular cross-section with a recess in the shape of half an ellipse in one side wall, and the recesses of the connectors after assembly have the shape of an ellipse together, in addition, the connectors have internal side walls, which internal side walls have the shape of a T-section arranged horizontally with the head and neck towards the central connector ( 3), where the shape of the head corresponds to the shape of the side edges of the central connector (3), and in the connected position, the connectors on the outer edge have a rectangular cross-section, and the side walls of the connectors have one tongue pointing outwards, with a cross-section similar to an inverted letter U, wherein the size and shape correspond to the recesses in the lower part of the upper and lower flange of the middle connector (3), while the I-shaped middle connector (3) has four groups of recesses arranged symmetrically in each of the lower parts of the upper and lower flange, in its side parts, and in the middle connector there are two through holes (4) placed parallel to the vertical axis of symmetry of the middle connector (3), and placed symmetrically in relation to it at a distance from 1/3 to 1/5, preferably 1/4 of the width of the upper surface of the middle connector (3) , and from its edge, screws (4) are embedded in the holes (4), the length of which is greater than the height h of the connectors.
