Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobów diagnozowania glejaka wielopostaciowego u osobnika, monitorowania odpowiedzi osobnika na leczenie glejaka wielopostaciowego oraz monitorowania progresji albo wznowienia glejaka wielopostaciowego oparte na wykorzystaniu kombinacji pięciu następujących markerów: chemokiny CCL22 (CCL22), kwaśnego białka włókienkowego (GFAP), midkiny (MDK), neurograniny (NRGN) oraz osteopontyny (SPP1). Przedmiotem wynalazku są również zastosowania kombinacji wyżej wskazanych markerów: CCL22, GFAP, MDK, NRGN i SPP1.
