Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna do doszklistkowego podawania zawierająca co najmniej jedną substancję aktywną oraz nośnik, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera polielektrolit, którym jest glikol polietylenowy (PEG), nośnikiem jest albumina surowicy ludzkiej (HSA), a substancję aktywną stanowią neurotrofiny BDNF oraz NT3, przy czym neurotrofiny BDNF oraz NT3 są połączone elektrostatycznie z albuminą (HSA) oraz glikolem polietylenowym (PEG) tworząc kompleks elektrostatyczny HSA-NT3-BDNF-PEG. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompleks elektrostatyczny zawierający co najmniej jedną substancję aktywną oraz nośnik, charakteryzujący się tym, że stanowi kompleks HSA-NT3-BDNF-PEG składający się z albuminy ludzkiej (HSA), neurotrofiny NT3, neurotrofiny BDNF oraz glikolu polietylenowego (PEG). Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompleks elektrostatyczny według wynalazku do stosowania w zapobieganiu lub leczeniu chorób oczu.
