Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje zagadnienie izolacji kwasu usninowego z plech chrobotka gwiazdkowatego za pomocą nietoksycznego pojedynczego rozpuszczalnika spełniającego założenia „zielonej chemii”. Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że w procesie ekstrakcji kwasu usninowego stosuje się tymol ogrzany do temperatury od 55°C do 90°C, gdzie na 1 cześć wagową ekstrahowanych plech stosuje się od 15 do 30 części wagowych ciekłego tymolu. Ponadto proces ekstrakcji prowadzi się w kolumnie ekstrakcyjnej, w której przez warstwę zmielonego materiału roślinnego przepływa grawitacyjnie ciekły tymol.The application solves the problem of isolating usnic acid from the thalli of the star-shaped lichen using a non-toxic single solvent that meets the assumptions of "green chemistry". The essence of the invention is that in the process of extracting usnic acid, thymol heated to a temperature of 55°C to 90°C is used, where 15 to 30 parts by weight of liquid thymol are used per 1 part by weight of the extracted thalli. In addition, the extraction process is carried out in an extraction column in which liquid thymol flows by gravity through a layer of ground plant material.
