Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania łóżek piętrowych z rozkładanym poziomem dolnym. Sposób ten polega na tym, że elementy konstrukcyjne łóżka wykonuje się z drewna sosnowego, które ma parametry drewna konstrukcyjnego klasy c24, przy czym podczas etapu selekcji i suszeniu surowiec poddaje się suszeniu w czasie 10 dni aż do osiągnięcia poziomu 8%, w tym korzystnie stosuje się delikatniejszy program suszenia, a następnie surowiec poddaje się dodatkowej kontroli wilgotności i sprawdzeniu parametrów, po czym następuje rozsztaplowanie oraz identyfikacja wad za pomocą skanera, dalej w procesie rozkroju usuwa się wszystkie niedoskonałości drewna w postaci takich wad, jak sęki, zadry czy przeżywiczenia, przy zachowaniu jak najmniejszej ilości odpadu, dalej w procesie klejenia poszczególne elementy łączy się na długość, natomiast proces strugania dostosowuje się do opracowanej konstrukcji łóżka, natomiast w procesie wiercenie stosuje się rozstaw wierceń co 32 mm w celu wzmocnienia konstrukcji poprzez zmianę modułu wierceń, w tym wykonuje się dodatkowe wiercenia pod listwy wzmacniające ramy, korzystnie trzy dodatkowe wiercenia na każdy element, przy czym otwory wykonuje się za pomocą wierteł pełnowolframowych celem zniwelowania wyrywania fragmentów, dalej w procesie frezowania w elementach ramy wykonuje się odpowiednio czop i wpust, w celu uzyskania połączenia czopowo-wpustowego ramy pokładu górnego łóżka z pokładem dolnym, następnie poszczególne elementy poddaje się szlifowaniu z użyciem różnych poziomów gradacji, korzystnie z zastosowaniem papierów ściernych o gradacji powyżej 180, po czym wybrane elementy lakieruje się za pomocą lakierów UV wodnych albo poddaje się je procesowi tapicerowania i następnie montuje się je w takie sposób, że pokład górny łączy się z pokładem dolnym, poprzez ramę, gdzie ramę pokładu górnego łączy się z ramą pokładu dolnego poprzez połączenie czopowo-wpustowe w układzie wertykalnym, zaś drabinkę mocuje się do pokładu górnego z zastosowaniem zaczepu w formie haka dostosowanego do grubości ramy łóżka.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing bunk beds with a foldable lower level. This method consists in the fact that the structural elements of the bed are made of pine wood, which has the parameters of structural wood class c24, whereby during the selection and drying stage the raw material is dried for 10 days until it reaches 8%, in which a more gentle drying program is preferably used, and then the raw material is subjected to additional moisture control and parameter checking, after which it is unstacked and defects are identified using a scanner, then in the cutting process all imperfections of the wood are removed in the form of defects such as knots, burrs or resin pockets, while maintaining the smallest possible amount of waste, then in the gluing process the individual elements are joined lengthwise, while the planing process is adapted to the developed bed structure, while in the drilling process a drilling spacing of 32 mm is used in order to strengthen the structure by changing the drilling module, including additional drilling for the frame reinforcing strips, preferably three additional drillings for each element, whereby the holes are made using full tungsten drills in order to level out tearing out fragments, then in the milling process, a tenon and a mortise are made in the frame elements, respectively, in order to obtain a mortise and tenon connection of the frame of the upper bed deck with the lower deck, then the individual elements are sanded using different gradation levels, preferably using sandpaper with a gradation above 180, after which the selected elements are varnished using water-based UV varnishes or they are upholstered and then they are assembled in such a way that the upper deck is connected to the lower deck, via a frame, where the frame of the upper deck is connected to the frame of the lower deck via a mortise and tenon connection in a vertical arrangement, and the ladder is attached to the upper deck using a catch in the form of a hook adapted to the thickness of the bed frame.
