Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest panel ogrodzeniowy, system ogrodzeniowy oraz sposób montażu systemu ogrodzeniowego. Panel ogrodzeniowy w postaci profilowanej blachy posiadającej zagięcia charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera górne usztywnienie (1) z zawiniętym obrzeżem (2) odgiętym pod kątem (α) względem osi pionowej, po którym są dwa zagięcia pod kątem 90°, tworząc przy tym dwie górne ściany (3) równoległe do osi pionowej oraz dolne usztywnienie (4) w kształcie odwróconej litery N z zawiniętym obrzeżem (5) równoległym do osi pionowej, a następne dwoma zagięciami pod kątem 45°, tworząc dwie dolne ściany (6) równoległe do osi pionowej, przy czym pomiędzy górnym usztywnieniem (1) a dolnym usztywnieniem (4) uformowany jest profil łączący (7). System ogrodzeniowy zawierający panele ogrodzeniowe (12) elementy montażowe, słupki, zaślepki i maskownice charakteryzuje się tym, że słupek usytuowany jest pomiędzy maskownicą przednią, a maskownicą tylną, przy czym do tylnej listwy montażowej zamocowane są panele ogrodzeniowe (12). Sposób montażu systemu ogrodzeniowego charakteryzuje się tym, że listwy montażowe przednią i tylną mocuje się do słupka, a na przedniej listwie montażowej osadza się maskownicę przednią, następnie do listew montażowych przedniej i tylnej mocuje się panele ogrodzeniowe (12), zaś do tylnej listwy montażowej przykręca się maskownicę tylną.
