Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu enkapsulacji tłuszczów stałych, takich jak masło i mieszaniny na bazie masła, w biodegradowalnej otoczce w postaci kapsułki. Głównym celem jest uzyskanie kapsułek zawierających tłuszcze, które w temperaturze pokojowej utrzymują postać stałą, jednocześnie spełniając wymogi spożywcze i medyczne.(11 zatrzeżeń)The invention relates to a method of encapsulating solid fats, such as butter and butter-based mixtures, in a biodegradable shell in the form of a capsule. The main objective is to obtain capsules containing fats that maintain a solid form at room temperature, while meeting food and medical requirements. (11 claims)
