Изобретение относится к химико-фармацевтической промышленности и касается создания нового состава агаровых и/или желатиновых масс для изготовления капсул, заполняемых маслорастворимыми веществами на гидрофобной основе, диспергированными масляными эмульсиями, а также биологически активной биомассой или лекарственными препаратами. Достигаемый результат - повышение качества агаровых или желатиновых капсул за счет улучшения антимикробной защиты и светозащиты ценных биоорганических субстанций (начинки капсул). Указанный результат достигается тем, что в первом варианте способа получения композиции для изготовления капсул дополнительно вводят гумат натрия в виде 0,5-5,0% раствора, при этом раствор гумата натрия и глицерин вводят в реактор, нагревают до 60-65°C и перемешивают, затем добавляют агар-агар, перемешивают и нагревают до 90-95°C, из расплавленной массы удаляют воздух, а затем выдерживают при атмосферном давлении до 12 ч при температуре 65-75°C при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: агар-агар 5-8; глицерин 8-13; гумат натрия 0,5-2,5; вода - остальное. Второй вариант способа характеризуется тем, что дополнительно вводят гумат натрия в виде 0,5-5,0% раствора, а в качестве гелеобразующего агента используют желатин, при этом раствор гумата натрия и глицерин вводят в реактор, нагревают до 60-75°C и перемешивают, затем добавляют желатин, перемешивают и нагревают до 75-80°C, из расплавленной массы удаляют воздух, а затем выдерживают при атмосферном давлении до 12 ч при температуре 65-70°C при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: желатин 30-42; глицерин 8-13; гумат натрия 0,5-2,5; вода - остальное.The invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and concerns the creation of a new composition of agar and / or gelatinous masses for the manufacture of capsules filled with oil-soluble substances on a hydrophobic basis, dispersed oil emulsions, as well as biologically active biomass or drugs. This result is achieved by the fact that in the first variant of the method for preparing a composition for the manufacture of capsules, sodium humate is additionally introduced in the form of a 0.5-5.0% solution, while the sodium humate solution and glycerin are introduced into the reactor, heated to 60-65 ° C and agar is stirred, then agar-agar is added, stirred and heated to 90-95 ° C, air is removed from the molten mass, and then kept at atmospheric pressure for up to 12 hours at a temperature of 65-75 ° C at the following ratio of components, wt%: agar -agar 5-8; glycerin 8-13; sodium humate 0.5-2.5; water is the rest. The second variant of the method is characterized by the fact that sodium humate is additionally introduced in the form of a 0.5-5.0% solution, and gelatin is used as a gelling agent, while a sodium humate solution and glycerin are introduced into the reactor, heated to 60-75 ° C and stirred, then gelatin is added, stirred and heated to 75-80 ° C, air is removed from the molten mass, and then kept at atmospheric pressure for up to 12 hours at a temperature of 65-70 ° C at the following ratio of components, wt%: gelatin 30- 42; glycerin 8-13; sodium humate 0.5-2.5; water is the rest.
