Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for producing a heat stable edible oil and/or fat composition comprising the steps of contacting an oxidized crude glyceride oil with porous adsorbent particles, degumming, bleaching and separating the oil from the porous adsorbent particles and beaching materials, and deodorising the oil to form the heat stable edible oil 10 and/or fat composition.
