Jako emulsja tlustziciziu i bialka w wodzie posiada ono pewne wlasciwosci zmy¬ waj ajce, a zawarte w nim srodki odzywcze sa laitwo wchlaniane i przyswajane przez skóre.Znane jesit np. dodawanie do mydel mleka w stanie nieprzerobionym i w postaci niektó¬ rych przetworów mlecznych, np. serwatki, za¬ wierajacej kwas mlekowy, którego alkaliczne sole posiadaja pewne wlasciwosci zmywajace.Wprowadzanie mleka do gotowego mydla jest jednak niedogodne, poniewaz powstaje problem pozbycia siie nadmiaru wody.Oprócz stosowania mleka w stanie niepnzeiro- bionym, znane jest takze przy wyrobie mydel wprowadzanie mleka w proszku jako dodatku do zmydlanegio tluszczu. Sposób ten, nie daje po¬ zytywnych wyników, poniewaz kazeina zawarta w mleku przeszkadza w procesie zmydlania.Sposób wedlug wynalazku usuwa wymienione wady. Polega on na dodawaniu mleka w prosz¬ ku do gotowego, wysuszonego i zwiórkowanego mydla, a nastepnie na wymieszaniu w mieszarce i sprasowaniu" w pelotezie na mydlo toaletowe.Dodatek mleka w proszku wplywa dodatnio na wlasciwosci zmywajace mydla, glównie przez stabilizowanie wytworzonej piany. Ma to mie¬ dzy innymi równiez szczególne znaczenie dla mydel do golenia.Dodanie do mydla mleka w proszku nawet w znaczniejszych ilosciach nie powoduje zad¬ nych trudnosci technicznch. Dodatek mleka w proszku zastepuje lub pozwala na znaczne zmniejszenie dodatków takich srodków wypelnia¬ jacych i wybielajacych, jak np. biel tytanowa, przy czym nie wyklucza jednoczesnego stosowa¬ nia i innych dodatków jak lanoliny, gliceryny, olejków eterycznych itp. As an emulsion of fat and protein in water, it has some washing properties, and the nutrients it contains are easily absorbed and absorbed by the skin. It is known, for example, to add unprocessed milk to soaps and in the form of certain dairy products, e.g. Whey, which contains lactic acid, the alkaline salts of which have certain washing properties. However, it is inconvenient to incorporate the milk into the finished soap, as there is the problem of getting rid of the excess water. powdered milk as an additive to the soap fat. This method does not give positive results because the casein contained in the milk interferes with the saponification process. The method according to the invention obviates the above-mentioned disadvantages. It consists in adding powdered milk to ready-made, dried and convoluted soap, and then mixing it in a mixer and pressing it in a pelothesis for toilet soap. The addition of powdered milk has a positive effect on the washing properties of the soap, mainly by stabilizing the foam produced. These include, inter alia, special importance for shaving soaps. The addition of powdered milk, even in large amounts, does not cause any technical difficulties.
