Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania otoczkowanego, wolnouwalniającego nawozu, który składa się z rdzenia granuli utworzonego z nawozu mineralnego, oraz otoczki wytworzonej z 15%-19% m/m oleju roślinnego, 0,15%-0,60% m/m katalizatora i 80%-85% m/m zeolitu. Najpierw sporządza się mieszaninę oleju roślinnego z katalizatorem. Olej roślinny o wartości liczby jodowej z zakresu 120-200 g J2/100g, zawiera wiązania nienasycone. Katalizatorem jest mieszanina dwóch soli kwasu 2-etyloheksanowego: kobaltowej i manganowej w stosunku wagowym 1:1. Udział kobaltu i manganu w soli mieści się w zakresie odpowiednio 10%-15% m/m i 8%-12% m/m. Do uzyskanej mieszaniny wprowadza się granulowany nawóz wieloskładnikowy, po czym układ ogrzewa się w bębnie obrotowym do temperatury 110°C-130°C. Następnie wprowadza się stopniowo zeolit, typu klinoptylolit, o powierzchni właściwej 30-35 m2/g, którego 24%-32% v/v stanowią pory o średnim rozmiarze 25-30 nm. Po zakończeniu wprowadzania klinoptylolitu mieszanie kontynuuje się jeszcze przez 5-15 min.The subject of the application is a method of producing a coated, slow-release fertilizer, which consists of a granule core made of a mineral fertilizer, and a coating made of 15%-19% m/m of vegetable oil, 0.15%-0.60% m/m of catalyst and 80%-85% m/m of zeolite. First, a mixture of vegetable oil with a catalyst is prepared. Vegetable oil with an iodine value in the range of 120-200 g J2/100g contains unsaturated bonds. The catalyst is a mixture of two salts of 2-ethylhexanoic acid: cobalt and manganese in a weight ratio of 1:1. The share of cobalt and manganese in the salt is in the range of 10%-15% m/m and 8%-12% m/m, respectively. Granulated multi-component fertilizer is added to the obtained mixture, after which the system is heated in a rotating drum to a temperature of 110°C-130°C. Then, a zeolite, clinoptilolite type, with a specific surface area of 30-35 m2/g, of which 24%-32% v/v are pores with an average size of 25-30 nm, is gradually added. After the clinoptilolite introduction is completed, mixing is continued for another 5-15 min.
